Today I got the chance to meet Kash…

Today I got the chance to meet Kash from safe streets. I give this gentleman 10 stars. He did amazing showing me how to use my system and told me step by step about what he was doing. I would like to recommend others to reach out and ask for Kash to be your installer.

I did not appreciate the tech trying to…

I did not appreciate the tech trying to upsell me on additional features. I ordered the service with the sales rep over the phone and expected what I ordered to be installed.
Additionally, you should provide at no cost to the customer, the complete protection package since the customer is paying a monthly fee.

Alex did an excellent job installing…

Alex did an excellent job installing our ADT system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident using it. The installation was smooth, clean, and efficient, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. We feel much more secure now thanks to his work—highly recommend Alex for anyone needing a reliable ADT installation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
