Safestyle UK installed my windows in 2021 but they are now starting to mist up. I contacted 08008766275 to ask for a repair but was told that Safestyle UK had gone into administration and the new company Safestyle (who took the trading name of Safestyle UK) are now related to Safestyle UK and as a result are not responsible for repairs. Why are Safestyle still advertising as Safestyle UK on the website and are still using the same vans branded "Safestyle UK". Even the new website says" Safestyle UK". This clearly is a con and should be investigated by Trading Standards etc.

Its a fraudulent organisation. We got our windows and doors through them. The installation was quick but we have had so many issues since then. And safestyle does not honor the warranty saying the company went bust even though they are trading in the same name. They refer to another company called Install-sure who refers you to the credit card or bank depending on how you paid. So you are effectively in a viscous circle where you end up paying for poorly fitted doors and windows or if there are any problems.

Where do I start. The salesman visited and assured my wife that the windows he was selling us were fine even though My Wife was dubious about the openings. We then paid our £6K deposit and a surveyor was arranged to make sure everything was ok and ready. The surveyor informed us that the windows sold didn't actually exist ( My wife was right), told us to rip up the original quote, and he would send us a new quote, and a mock up of how our house would look, via email, in 3 days time (this was 2 and a half months ago). after hearing nothing after 2 weeks we lost confidence, and requested a refund of our deposit, having not even received a quote. I rang after a few days to confirm that the cancellation had been processed as my Father in Law was getting calls from the pushy salesman. I was told that the calls would stop (they didn't), and the cancellation had been approved and I would have my deposit refunded within 28 days. 2.5 months later still not having received my refund. Keep getting told to wait another 28 days, all promises from them to call or email myself or my wife back never happen (5 call back we have been promised but never received). I am surprised they stay in business they are so incompetent. AVOID

Honestly the worst experience dealing with SafeStyle and I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid at all costs.
Safestyle sent one guy to fit a sliding patio door. To be fair he was good, arrived on time, advised he would put the frame of new sliding doors together to make sure the frame fitted before removing the current doors. All fine, so he removed the current patio doors, also damaging the internal wall, but hey these things happen. He then fitted the new doors and informed me he had an issue, Safestyle had made the doors 20mm too short and had to remove parts to get the door to shut. I now have a large gap in between the sliding doors and a draft.
After multiple calls to Safestyle customer service and failed ‘we will call you back’ notifications we had the excuse the sales rep for your area is on annual leave. There is no way your company has just one person who can resolve the issue.
Another sales rep finally calls to say that he will get someone to you tomorrow. He accepts it was their fault they only sent one guy on the job, but explained he was new and inexperienced and that he hadn’t fitted the correct parts to the door.
So we book a day off work, time arrives nobody comes, another call to Safestyle and told they will be 2 hours. No body shows again, another call to Safestyle and told someone will be there in 35 mins, that time passes and nobody arrives. Another call and this time demand to speak to the manager and he says someone will be with you in 1.5 hours and that time has now passed and still no show. Another call to Safestyle and told he will be 15 minutes.
A fitter from Anglian has now arrived and condemned the work done by the previous fitter. The frame isn’t straight and we are told it will all need to be pulled out and done again properly.
I booked another day off work for the following day and thankfully the Anglian fitter returned and spent 5 hours removing the door and frame to correct the work and fit the doors correctly. I only wished we had the Anglian guy come the first time round as he was a pleasure and didn’t leave until 9:30pm once the work was completed and the walls repaired.
This is the poorest of services and I can’t advise people enough to avoid Safestyle at all costs. You’ll be out of pocket and dissatisfied, while wasting time to sit in waiting for issues to be resolved.

This company is abysmal when dealing with a Complaint I logged with tandem, as they have been difficult after sales service. They keep dealing with my Husband, even though when I have the finance in my name and know contract law, still keep contacting my Husband, who has ADHD and ASD, so struggles over the phone. They put the incorrect colour furniture on door. Absolute joke to deal with if anything is wrong, pull your finger out.

Safestyle is part of the Anglian group who have a truly terrible reputation. The arrogance of the sales people is famous and you would do well to avoid them. I had Anglian quote two years ago and after arguing with the sales guy trying to force me to sign to get a deal the same day I eventually threatened them to leave my home. I accidentally assumed SafeStyle were better and requested a quote but they used the same self pressure tactics to try get me to sign on a SUNDAY! £1,300 for a door IF I signed TODAY and they tried to sell me credit I never wanted (obviously a commission bung there). If I didn't sign that day it was closer to £1,800. This company is all that is wrong with double glazing companies and would be best avoided. I emailed the rep to request removal and was repeatedly ignored leading to me calling head office and forcing them by law to do as I asked. In 2018 they were found guilty to breaches in data protection so from the start they have a terrible reputation. It seems that the only way to get anything like customer support is to write a review for them warning others about this company. Please do not take my word for this alone - you can use AI to give you an overview of SafeStyle windows and share it with others.

Shocking company using outdated sales tactics, Do better seriously !
I was visited by Stuart last week, pleasant enough guy, I realise I caught him off guard by cutting him short on his sales pitch and asked him to just give me a quote, his quote caused me to physically laugh out loud as it was 5k more than any other quote I’d had and this was for 1 front door !
Wait he said I haven’t applied any discounts yet and I’ll call my manager see if he can do anything, I allowed him to keep digging and I will admit to finding it entertaining anyway he calls his ‘manager’ 😂 this conversation was so rehearsed it was clearly a sales tactic they used hourly and by some miracle he manages to knock 65% off the original price
I informed Stuart I wouldn’t do business with a company so unscrupulous and I’ll take my business elsewhere
He packed up at the speed of light and as he was literally running up my drive he said I’ve sent you the quote anyway
He didn’t I never received a quote 🤷♀️
These sales tactics are outdated and immoral I seriously worry about the elderly who may wrongfully trust someone from this company and Stuart I hope you find that new job 😉 do better next time

Ian the salesman introduced himself and showed me his ID badge. He was very efficient and polite. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. We received an excellent price quote. There was no pressure or hard sell unlike previous double glazing companies we had dealt with.

I ordered replacement patio doors and paid a deposit. I was given an installation date and the fitters arrived on time. They dismantled the old doors and then proceeded to install the replacements. It all went very smoothly and I’m happy with the result.

Deeply Disappointed with Security & Hidden Costs
We had our front door installed by Safestyle just 5 months ago, and it has already become a source of stress and regret. The lock fitted was the most basic, minimal option — completely inadequate for a front door meant to protect our home and family.
When we raised our security concerns, instead of taking responsibility, they demanded excessive charges just to upgrade to a proper lock. A company that truly cares about customer safety wouldn't cut corners on security and then charge a fortune to fix their own shortcomings.

1. THEIR SALES MANAGER CALLED RICK (RICHARD THAT WORKS OUT OF COVENTRY/BIRMINGHAM) HARASSED AND TOUCHED UP TWO YOUNG GIRLS AND WHEN REPORTED THE COMPANY DID NOTHING. THEY TERMINATED THE GIRLS AND LET THE MANAGER CONTINUE TO WORK WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS.
2. THEIR CANVASSER CALLED DAVE IS A ALSO A CREEP THAT TALKS ABOUT RAPING GIRLS
3. THEY WILL STAY IN YOUR HOUSE FOR HOURS TRYING TO PRESSURE SELL YOU INTO BUYING WINDOWS AND DOORS.

Terrible..all the windows they fitted for were extremely drafty... luckily we had gone through the finance company so we made a claim through them to have all the work /issues fixed even now one of the windows fitted..is giving us issues... absolute waste of time and money..would NOT recommend this company AT ALL

Some bloke came into our house, felt very petrified of him, kept pushing to make the sale today, and we said no. And wouldn't give in, He couldnt find us, 40mins late. Then wanted to use a phone charger because his was dead. I would not recomend Safestyle.
They keep emailing us, phone calls constantly. These guys are a bunch of Croocks!

I didn't get as far a placing an order! The sales people who came round were nice! It took some time to measure etc, then the price over £10000 more than anyone else who had quoted, the next day they could miraculously drop the price quoted by £8000, when I asked how they could do this, the sales manager got very angry, called me a liar! That was the end of their chances with me!

Safestyle, owned by Anglian Windows.
Safestyle use Anglian fitters and we have not seen a SafeStyle employee since the sales rep came round.
Don’t be fooled: they are an abomination and should be rendered bankrupt never to ruin peoples lives.
And so the absolutely disgraceful way the Anglian Windows deal with Customer Service continues. We finally had a fitter arrived to look at the sliding doors who was actually a knowledgeable fella, and he said that we should never have been advised to have such big doors on the property; for new doors but the same would likely have the same problems; also that the doors were fitted incorrectly and there was lots of remedial work to be done, which the fitters failed to do or did badly.
However, the manager who was supposed to be with him didn’t turn up! Apparently he couldn’t leave the office and he was on his own, so he was ‘stuck in the office’ apparently all day.
He finally rang up and said that they were going to take the doors out and then put the back in. The doors are damaged they don’t fit. My wife said to him. Have you spoken to your fitter? To which he replied no and so he promised to will ring back on Monday to resolve this, with the need for a surveyor to come and check measurements for a replacement door (a 3 slider and NOT a two slider) Has he rang? Of course not, and so now we are going to the solicitor to seek not only refund for any payment made but also compensation for the absolutely disgusting way that this has been dealt with. Never should a company be able to operate with such failings from management down to workers. They really are a total disgrace.
This has now dragged on for weeks with no end in sight. And watch for the generic reply I will undoubtedly get which is meaningless.
