I have waited more than a year for my stable door caps for over the hinges, after constant sent messages to the contact 'Jamie' and just being ignored. The initial set up wasn't great either, with one... See more

Totally unethical, high-pressure sales approach.
After a very lengthy and boring sales pitch, I had to remind the guy where openers and privacy glasses were to be on some of the windows as he hadn't bothered to note that down properly.
Then he quoted almost £20k. Other reputable local trades were £8k-£10k.
I just laughed and said "Really?? Try again.". Then he dropped it to £18k after a "24% further discount" (£2k is not anywhere near 24%!!) and after I said "are you having a laugh?!" he called someone 'at the office' (who wasn't really at the office, as i heard their kids wailing in the background) who miraculously immediately offered a £5k drop to £13k. But....only if I booked there and then. I obviously said no way and we ended the process.
I wonder how these people would feel if their own families were ripped off by a similar hard sell.
Please don't fall foul of the criminal approach this business uses.

What a shambles, doorstepped by an individual purporting to be from Safestyle who, the following day, morphs into an Anglian salesman and he can’t even quote for the work I wanted doing, which had been discussed with representative number 1.
The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. AND …. I was accused of being rude!! Who wouldn’t be?

The whole experience has been shocking. Take my advice if considering new windows or doors, do not use this company. I initially ordered new doors in November 25 given an installation date for Jan 26. On the given date nobody arrived, then received a call to say they would not be fitted that day. The next day they just turned up even tho I had said I would not be at home. They started the work with me saying I would check the work when I came home from work. When I did check I was shocked by the quality of the job. I complained and they sent out their No 1 man to check what had been done. He said it was the worst job he had ever seen and said all would be put right . The job was redone 2 weeks later. All looked good. But then 2 days after completion a rubber trim broke away from the outside of the door. So since Feb I have been trying to get the door fixed. I have rung countless times and told a manager will call back, as one is never available when I call. Twice I have been given a date and no one has turned up and still I wait for a call to be retuned. SHOCKING. DO NOT USE

I used safestyle for windows and doors. All seemed to go well price installation ect as i thought i was paying for quality. Soon after my composite door started peeling. I got it inspected and was told i had cleaned it with wrong products. I hadnt touched it. Anglian had took over by now and although they honoured contracts they said they could do nothing for me. Its been re painted and still peels. I am now at my own expence having to replace this door. Not really what youd expect from this company. 10 year guaruntees mean nothing.

Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole
They closed down shortly after I told them I wasn’t happy with the job and didn’t get what’s paid for and wanted my refund for a scaffolding company they hired that they didn’t even use!
Then found out just how actually overpriced they are compared to some
Had mine done 4 years ago
Faulty doors that just feel wobbly
Twisted frames so windows don’t shut properly and a lock that’s so stiff and dodgy it will snap off soon
Not to mention the “child lock window” that never was (but charged for)
And the absolutely abysmal customer service!
Can’t remember exact date but all docs are somewhere forming anyone bothers to rectify their mistakes

Waited in a lovely day for someone to come and measure up for new windows and doors and no one bothered to turn up. They had rang few days before to ask if we could do earlier which we couldn't so original time of 4pm was confirmed. Rang them at 4.35 to find out and no apology given. Would be understanding if a phone call to aplogise and let us know they were running late but I don't beleive that had any intention of showing up after calling us before to see if we could do earlier. Will make sure we find a more professional company that doesnt waste your time

About this windows and doors company to me is just another unprofessional and time wasting, I had an appointment today around 10:00 am no one turned up or email to say that we can’t make it. And the appointment was with Anglian Home improvement ,Let alone to get any windows or doors order with them you could be waiting for months. I would not recommend

The company lost a star because they changed my fitting booking. It was particularly annoying because we'd had to practically turn the room upside down to make space for the fitters. The other aspect I was not keen on was the immediate reduction of the original price quoted. I know companies do go through this charade of gradually reducing the cost but that really isn't necessary, just quote a fair and reasonable price first time. Apart from this, I have nothing but praise for the company. The salesman went through all my options and was helpful and informative. There wasn't a long wait for the windows to be fitted and the fitter, Dean was amazing, working steadily on his own with all that really heavy stuff. I'd left the radio on and he occasionally sang along with it. (Don't give up the day job, Dean!) The end result was stunning, the new patio doors changed the whole look of the room (for the better). They were really lovely, beautiful quality, they exceeded my expectations. Finally, I had to pay for them, but Leigh, with whom I spoke on the phone regarding payment was extremely helpful and pleasant. Shame about the missing start as this is a really good company.

I'm very disappointed with Safestyle windows. My windows were fitted 9 years ago by them and had a 10 year guarantee. A seal has gone on one and I emailed them to get it replaced. They emailed me back to say even though they are Safestyle they are not the same Safestyle company that put my windows in as that company went into liquidation and they do not have to fulfill the guarantees of that Safestyle. How can they do that. I dont know what to do now.

I had my new door installed today and can confidently say it is the best door I have ever had fitted. I have used Safestyle at previous addresses and they have always been superior, and this experience has once again exceeded my expectations.
The new door is absolutely amazing and has already received compliments from neighbours. As we live in a new-build development and are the only house on the street with a new door, I suspect many others will soon be following suit.
The quality is exceptional, and the security—an extremely important factor for us—is better than anything I have previously seen or experienced.
I would also like to give special recognition to my installer, Mark Harvey. He was polite, friendly, and worked tirelessly without rushing.
The installation was carried out to an excellent professional standard, clearly showing the pride he takes in his work.
He left everything clean and tidy, cleaned down the door, and took the time to demonstrate the locking mechanism thoroughly and explain how everything works.
Mark is truly an asset to Safestyle, and his workmanship made the entire experience even better.
I would highly recommend Safestyle—second to none. This review comes from one extremely happy customer.

Updated 21st May: All issues from the instaled have now been fixed and so far, so good. I'm leaving this review otherwise as-is so others can read it and make their own decision. Also, the issue of the sales rep trying to rip us off was completely ignored. On that basis alone my advice is still to use another company.
It's now over four weeks since the installation of our windows & doors and while the fitters did a good job, we still have issues which are now being completely ignored by management.
The main bedroom window has a huge crack in it, and despite being told a new pane had been ordered, we've heard nothing.
They broke some tiles in the kitchen above the door and attempted to fix them. It looks a mess and still needs to be fixed.
The outdoor tap mast have been hit with some force while they were doing one of the kitchen windows as it was hanging off the wall, this still needs to be fixed.
I've tried to chase all of these issues up repeatedly and still just getting told "I've made management aware". One of the site managers even came round post-installation, agreed on all issues and has been radio-silent since.
One final thing: The sales rep told us we needed a new lintel above the living room window as it didn't have on, and added it to the quote. It was only after we paid our deposit and the bloke came round to do the measuring up we were told there was a lintel and instantly removed the cost from the quote. No apology, nothing. How many other customers has this particular rep tried to rip off?
All in all, use another company and stay away from these. Next step is to report them to Fensa.

Bernard was a very friendly and knowledgeable person who made us feel at ease when discussing the requirements for a new door. There were plenty of options available and we went through them all. There was no pressure to complete a deal but I’m glad we did. He is a great ambassador for the company. Thank you Ben, I’ll come back to you for windows next time. Thank you again for your time and putting up with George!!

Had a patio door installed, engineers were brilliant, very pleased with their work ethic.
I will say, the difference it made was eye opening, totally enhanced the place.
Definite 5 star instas - thank you

Awful service. Front door was fitted in January 2026, they had measured the arched window above wrong so could not be fitted, left with boarded up window for 3 months. Very little communication from the company and had to keep chasing! Still not finished the job. Go elsewhere!

The salesman carried out a home visit which lasted 2 hours - the quote started off at £29,000 and it was then reduced to £18,000, over a period of weeks it was gradually reduced to £11,000 - how can that be? Makes you wonder what the actual cost is to start with.
I found the installation process very stressful; all my upstairs windows were removed at once during a day with gale force winds. The front door constantly slamming shut where it was constantly left open.
I didn't realise the structural work required to install the replacement windows. Some windows were left unclean with marks on some frames. I was relieved when the whole process was over.

1. Experience was not satisfactory from day one. According to the FCA consumer duty standards, hard sells are actionable breaches however after saying no to the sales agent from safestyle and letting the 14 day period of a quote expire too much hard selling let me to accept a quote I initially did not intent to take.
2. Window installation had immediate post constructions defects such as faulty caulk leaking everywhere damaging the wall paint and paper. The caulk was replaced and fixed by safestyle, the wall was not so it will come out of my own pocket to fix extra damage which was not budgeted or intended.
3. The “brand new” factory made product came with multiple scratches across the UPVC which from day one will forever stay so it does not feel new nor does it justify the whole process and hard sale brochure of being Number 1 window manufacturer.

The salesman refused to even provide a quote unless both me and my partner were present - apparently I’m not trusted to make basic decisions on my own. Completely ridiculous. I’ll be going elsewhere.

The company sent out the most amazing man who is Ben Martin. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respectful in explaining the process and making sense without too much jargon. We will definitely use Safestyld again in the future. Thank you Ben.

Good work ethic by the team. They cleaned up after the work was completed and also told us how to keep the uPVC windows clean and in good working order. Overall, a very good and professional job.
