The support from Peter & Jessica was just outstanding!
I reached out with an enquiry about loss of functionality with a tracker. The issue was quickly identified along with a solution. The Safetag team were prompt & courteous in their communications, keeping me fully informed every step through the process and a replacement device was in hand & ready to go in just a couple if days. All I needed to do was make sure the new tracker was fully charged, take it for a calibration 'trip' and we're back up & running!
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Safetag! Product & support are just brilliant 👏 👍

Have used SafeTag tracking for a while now works very well,, I forgot my email password and was locked out off it I then need my tracker password to log in but couldn’t access it by email so I got in touch with the team and they had me a new account up and running in no time

I have been using a SafeTag device for a year now and can say it gives me peace of mind that my car is where it should be! The app is excellent, the battery lasts a very long time, and the customer service if you need anything is professional, helpful and quick. The monthly cost is very reasonable and I think is worth what you pay for the security it gives. Recommended

First class customer service, very quick response,apparently there was an issue with the tracker, which I was unaware of but they got in touch and sent a replacement within days ,with follow up emails to make sure everything was okay

My usually reliable trackers stopped working. I contacted customer services, who quickly identified that the reason was that the 2G mobile network had been switched off nationally. They provided 4G upgraded trackers free of charge. The trackers arrived the next day, which was a Sunday and customer services transferred the new trackers to my existing account seamlessly. special mention to Peter Pearman from customer services. This is a very impressive service.

The customer service team always get back to you really quickly, always happy to answer any questions no matter how foolish you think they may be. The tracker is so easy to use, even for someone as technically inept as myself, setting it up and using the app could not be easier. Would highly recommend.

Due to a glitch in the system which was no fault of the team they soon jumped on it and put things right!
My experience with the customer service team was exceptional and cannot fault them in any way they are a credit to the company a lot of customer service agents in other companies could learn a lot from these guys.

Tracker works well, I did lose the charging cable and was replaced FOC.

We have been SafeTag customers for a couple of years and have been impressed by the functionality and ease of use of the Tracker and monitoring App. We have recently upgraded to a newer version and this process couldn't have been simpler. The new unit arrived extremely promptly and the transition from one unit to the other was absolutely seamless. Throughout, the support we had was impeccable. The approach of the Support Team is highly personal and friendly and we honestly felt that our business was important to SafeTag and that we were valued customers. It's not often these days that one experiences such a genuine interaction. Thank you for making it a pleasure.

I’ve used SafeTag Tracking for several years on various devices. The service provide is excellent, any problems are sorted quickly and efficiently; for example a recent firmware problem occurred on the Mag 2G tracker, as the firm could not correct the problem remotely a replacement tracker was quickly dispatched to all users of the Mag 2G’s affected.

I can throughly recommend SafeTag!

I use SafeTag to keep a track on my bike. App and website work well and prices are very fair. Excellent customer service - recent free replacement of legacy device which was much appreciated.

I have been using two SafeTag Minis for the last three years, and they work well, are reliable, and offer excellent customer support. They have recently upgraded the model from 2G to 4G free of charge, again with top-class customer service. I recommend!

Had a few issues with a tracker failing GPS location due to external issues, but as precaution it was replaced and upgraded FOC with the subscription transferred. With that in mind, the product is very good and ticks all the boxes for the purpose its used for. Ever had your boss saying your claiming to much mileage for work, use this to track your moves. Have a fleet of cars, use this product. With a 10 second refresh, this is cheaper than a bargain bucket at KFC. 100% recommend this product, not just for the product itself, but the outstanding customer service when you have an issue.

I have been with them for about 4 years now and I have found their trackers to be excellent. I have had no issues that were not my own idiocy and even then, when I did contact customer service, they were excellent! I had a 2g tracker for almost 3 years now and as the 2g network is shutting down, they wrote to me and provided a new 4g tracker, at no charge to me! I was amazed. I have 3 trackers currently with them and will be sticking with them.

Product upgrade which was handled speedily and efficiently, would definitely recommend.
