I severely burnt myself two days ago. I used the burnstop dressing immediately after running cold water on my arm (we live remotely, if Id been near a hospital I would have gone, it is that bad). Within afew hours the burning had stopped and the doctor and pharmacians I have jus seen were amazed that Im not in pain. Brilliant product, thank you!

First Aid Training Course
I used Safety First Aid for a 1 day first aid training course, and have done every 3 years for as long as I can remember. Excellent quality of training every time. This course was at their new Holborn venue, very convenient for me.

Terrible customer service. Do NOT order from this company. Ordered a small FA bag, it was not as described on the website for two reasons so I emailed them. After a week and a half I got a reply back and was told they would refund the item cost, but not for my cost of returning it - a blatant disregard of the law. Despite exchanges, they continued to decline refunding the return costs. Now escalating to Trading Standards.
