Brilliant experience with Kay Oliver and the team for our order. Efficient, communicative and prompt delivery of a great product. Kay has been excellent to deal with and we will definitely purchase from this company again in the future.

Sales team initially helpful. Purchased 30t skid set which proved totally defective on their first use. Very poor customer service from here onwards, no offer to replace, refund took several months of chasing on email to actually receive. A waste of time unfortunately. Would not recommend or use again.

Excellent Service , Even when their Courier sent items to the wrong address, Ryan and Mitchell knew how urgent we needed the lifting gear , they sent one of their van to deliver site the next morning @7am.

Great advice coming from the team when they attend our site/office too, Charles has been extremely informative and helps with his recomendations and everytime you have a discussion you feel as though you have learned something new.

A wide range of products, a great after sales service, particularly from Mitchell Jones in the Returns Department, who very quickly sorted out my problems with the first Semi Electric pallet truck which was damaged by the Courier and I refused to accept and secondly with its replacement, which had a lifting problem that Mitchell promptly arranged for an engineer to correct/repair. Many thanks again Mitchell.

Great service. Susan got in touch to clarify something which was very helpful and even with this, the bulk of our order turned in the next day, with a 10m ladder by special service only the day after. Would recommend and use again.

Have dealt with many companies over the years whilst renovating old houses. Our final house is really a working progress and to aide my husband we purchased a 1000kg TF100 platform table yesterday afternoon. Staff are very friendly and helpful within this business. Initially I had some concerns about delivery but a kind lady reassured me there would be a tracking number and to contact her this morning first thing if needed. Result! Our item was delivered at 9.30am less than 24 hours after purchase.Try to beat that!

I contacted this company early this morning and spoke to the lovely knowledgeable professional Ryan to say how wonderful this product was. My husband was an Engineer and what a wonderful piece of equipment this is to help with all manner of restoration jobs.

DHL lost / damaged our parcels and I was hugely impressed with the customer service of Safety Lifting Gear. Ryan was very helpful and good and Amy was fantastic. All sorted quickly. Every time I was promised a call to update me I got one. Very conscientious care taken and great communication. Very impressed.

Absolutely blinding customer service from Amy Bell.!! Placed my order, got all notifications to say was on way and being delivered by DHL……. Never happened, and wasn’t able to track order.
I emailed Amy to ask where my order was. Amy contacted DHL and got back to me to let me know DHL had put on wrong truck and would be with me the next day.
Never happened…….Got back in touch with Amy to make aware I still had not received my order, Amy apologized, then sent out a replacement order to arrive the next day by a different courier DPD.
Sure enough, next day delivered before 1100.
I really wish there was more Amy Bells, polite, understanding, very professional and quick to sort my order. Fantastic Job.

Fantastic customer service by Amy Bell. We had an issue recieving a delivery from DPD and once I approached customer services they following through on providing the order again and each step of the way kept me up to date with new delivery details within a few days! After having trouble with paying with the company card online (issue on our end) we gave the SafetyLiftingGear a quick call. Dale accepted our order over the phone and sent the proforma invoice promptly. To get the equipment delivered on the next day we had to make the payment by 3pm on the same day. We managed to pay just before 3 o'clock and Dale, together with Shaunagh - the sales team leader working under time pressure made sure that all the equipment was loaded on the truck in order to be delivered on the next day. On the very next morning Shaunagh gave us a call checking whether all the equipment was delivered. I really appreciate Shaunagh and Dale's work to accommodate our requirements. Thank you!!
