this was an automatic renewal which was completed without personal contact. However I have always found the company most helpful when I have any questions regarding insurance renewals or new business

Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service agent on the telephone able to answer all questions promptly and efficiently. Some written information could be clearer e.g giving option of monthly instalments to pay annual premium without making clear sum based on payments required for 10 months only and not assumed 12 monts.

A reminder beforehand allowed time to go through documents which were easy to understand. Then it renewed without problems

The website works perfectly if the details in the proposal are correct. If minor change is required, for example to fine tune a postal address or change a mobile phone number, the site appears to struggle however a simple email to customer services to effect such changes away from the site provides resolution. For this reason I only award four stars.
