The worstttttttt do not not bay there is horrible experience i order boots i was thinking they are in uk but i get suprise they are in India and on top they asked for huge tax so i refused because not say on the bigining and who knows what they put inside on the box so i contacted my bang thanks god i get my money so do not order on this website they do shoes by hands they pretend they are on uk but not they make in india cheap and suprise tax on top be careful people i should see the reviews before im not the first im doing complain they are more before me

This company is a scam. They claim to be UK based. They are based in India. My order has not arrived and they sent me an email saying that my order was the last in that size but the product has defects so they will refund me in full. I have been sending them emails but no response. I still haven't received my full refund. After telling me that the product has defects and they will issue me a full refund and a discount on my next order, DHL attempted to deliver and asked me to pay huge taxes on top. I declined paying any taxes following the email from Saint G. I still haven't received my refund. I don't know how long it takes to get a refund for a defective item.

Fraudulent business. Do not buy from them. They are portraying to be uk company based on the website. They are selling their product as “Italian design” to mislead. It’s clearly not neither uk business nor Italian hand made shoes, the product is coming from India. You think you paying this very expensive price, wait till you get the invoice for duties and taxes AS ITS COMING FROM INDIA then count yourself lucky if you need to pay another 30% on top of what you paid already. I have been emailing them to cancel my order as I feel absolutely duped. I don’t want Indian hand made “Italian design” that will have excessive hidden costs and is not related to UK company. They then suggested that as it’s my first order they will pay the duty and tax, which they did, but I think this product is so severely mis-sold I just don’t trust them. Been trying to get my money back since 22nd of February. They are now ignoring all my emails about refunding me and getting the product sent back to them which is currently at customs. I do not even wish to accept the delivery once I discovered all these nicely framed lies. Disgraceful and deceitful!
