Poor after sales customer service
Wrong colour selected so I emailed immediately after ordering to change it, still no response. Would be good if holes were already in the seat so you don't need to drill them in. Looks pretty and works well otherwise.

My mum loved it she was soo happy when she saw it, she's like 70 years old finds it difficult to stand and pray.
Delivery was very fast, wasy to assemble. Downside is its not foldable would have been perfect if you could fold it away.
