Very disappointing and stressful experience.

A large amount was deducted after a so-called “free trial”, with no clear indication anywhere on the website on how to cancel the trial or that a charge would automatically apply.

Customer service is extremely poor — I have been emailing back and forth for over a week, and the issue is still unresolved. Replies are slow and repetitive, with no real ownership of the problem.

There is no clear button or option to cancel the plan. This essentially forces users to keep paying for a service they do not want and are not using, which is unacceptable.

Overall, there is a serious lack of transparency around billing and cancellation. I would strongly caution others to think twice before signing up.

My experience with SalesCloser.ai was disappointing. During my sales call, I left with the impression that certain capabilities would be included and would work well for my situation, but the actual service didn’t match those expectations. In my case, the platform didn’t seem suited to the Dutch market, and I saw very little practical value after trying to implement it. When I reached out about a refund, the response I received was that it wouldn’t be provided, which added to my frustration. Overall, the service just didn’t work for my needs, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

The sales guy of Salescloser.ai. (they flagged this review because of using of the real name so I had to change it because of Trustpilot policy) have been very kind in the sales call. I wish he was that helpful afterwards. A lot of things were promised in the call.

They charged our account while we had already cancelled months ago. This service doesn't work and the company is a fraud, the customer service is plain lying.
