⚠️ Warning to Anyone Considering Salescloser and Wishpond – Learn from My Costly Mistake

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Salescloser AI and Wishpond has been so disastrous that I feel compelled to warn other business owners before they fall into the same trap.

Over the past six months, I invested a significant amount of money and time believing Salescloser could help generate qualified leads and streamline my telephone operations. What I received instead was a complete failure of delivery.

Broken Promises: Their much-touted AI calling system was never properly installed and never functioned at all for me. Despite repeated assurances, nothing was ever operational. We even had a contractual agreement that it would be connected to my VoIP system - never happened, after several requests and attempted phone calls to make it happen.

Integration Failure: They promised to connect their platform with my CRM to improve efficiency — that integration never happened, leaving me with disconnected data and wasted resources.

In the end, I was left with a depleted marketing budget and no tangible results. They sold me a dream of modern lead generation powered by AI and smart automation — what I actually received was a small-time marketing chop-shop peddling smoke and mirrors.

Although their staff are very kind and accommodating; if you value your money, time, and professional reputation, stay far away from Salescloser. They are, in my opinion, a textbook example of overpromising and underdelivering, leaving trusting clients like myself to clean up the mess.

Lucas is very helpful, he guides you well, easy to understand. kudios, Lucas is the best!

It does literally nothing. 0 lead, 0 sales, 0 customer impact….

Avoid just waste of money

This company sends extremely annoying and recurring advertising emails (spam emails).

Utter Rubbish Dont Bother.

As per the review below its really poor as phone calls and could not close a bag, let alone a clinet. We spent $3000 to get Sales Close AI, themselves to set up the AI bot, after opening it to our inbound leads, not one lasted longer than 10 second on a call so we took it offline after about 30 calls as we were manually speaking to leads and they were giving really poor feedback.

I asked to cancel the subscription as it clearly does not work and suggested a refund, we had only had it operating a week and spent $3000 to get to that point. They pause my subscription, and said we have two month to sort it out what would we like to improve...... I would like to cancel, was met with you have a 12 month subscription.......but its crap???

We had not even use if for a month, but they were ignoring any claim to stop the subscription of any mention of a refund.

My review. Its Completely rubbish DO NOT SIGN UP...... This AI can not close anything. The Company, equally as rubbish and in denial that they have a good product (or know its not good, and hence wont cancel anyones subscription). This is really a rubbish product.

SalesCloser AI has been a nightmare for my business. As a CEO, I repeatedly instructed their team to stop monthly withdrawals, but they keep taking €500 from my account, month after month, despite my clear requests. Their customer support ignores emails, fails to resolve issues, and offers no meaningful solutions. I strongly advise everyone to avoid putting in payment details, as their system will drain your account and you’ll struggle to get any help or refund. Protect yourself and stay away from this service.

Not Happy with SalesCloser. I signed up with Salescloser.ai and paid them $1500 USD for three months but found their service and technology is a disaster. First of all their agent technology is very complicated and offers a basic agent which is extremely poor and not usable for business purposes. Secondly their service team is as clueless as their technology is and could not setup the agent. Thirdly they do not have any customer empathy, despite getting paid for 3 months and not being able to setup my service they did not fix the issue, on top of that they offered me a 50% discount to sign for a longer term plan. I am shocked how such companies can operate with no checks and balances. I approached their senior leader on LinkedIn and there was no response. Shocked to see such a BAD service mindset from a company that is advertising itself as a leading edge AI provider.

Saescloser.ai is scam. Don't pay them anything. I requested a refund after two month of lies. No refund and they tried to charge my card for third month. I disputed with credit card company.
