Dreadful quality, the worst quality squash shoes I’ve ever owned by a mile, after just a few weeks the both shoes uppers were cracking, then shortly after they had ripped completely in four different places, including bursting wide open at the side rendering them unusable. (Photos available).
This is literally after no more than 20 uses, unbelievable.

Recently bought salming hawk shoes after one use the material on the sides of the shoes have lost its colour, gone from a bright blue to small patches of white.

The quality of these shoes are absolutely poor even the soles have already started to wear down after it's first initial use!

When speaking to customer service they were blunt and not able to help.

Couldn't advise more against using this company!

Have bought salming squash shoes for over 10 years

Recently bought replacement shoes model:Hawk. Previously purchased because of hard wearing solid sole composition.

New shoes have lasted under 6months due to wear of sole. Composition is a thin veneer of rubber onto a foam base substructure,causing slipping & not fit for purpose.

Difference i am advised is the additional small word 'court' written on the otherwise identical shoe.

Exploiting customers by associating an inferior shoe with lookalike Hawk shoe is misleading & exploits people

We made an order for Salming running shoes over the Internet. In Spain the order was handed over to the SEUR company. SEUR, despite the buyer's address indicated in the order, determined the delivery of our order to the postomat in another city!!! Salming's employee said that they had nothing to do with it, just "for some reason the system sent the package to another city." Apparently, we must say thank you that the package did not fly away, for example, to Madrid, which is 600 km away from us.

I had to waste time and contact the SEUR staff, but they said that now they could not change the place of delivery. Salming's employee didn't really try to do anything about this. Moreover, only about 1 week was given to pick up the parcel. I am alone with two children. One child is sick, the second is 2 years old, and he is with me all day. The husband is on a business trip. It takes about 1 hour by car to get to the place of delivery of the parcel (and 1 hour back) and I have to pay (toll roads) about 20 euros for the trip and, possibly, something more for parking. By public transport, the round trip takes 2.5-3 hours. How to understand this??? How not ashamed to arrange such a "service" for the consumer!!!

I had to ask people I did not know (familiar acquaintances) to urgently pick up the package. My husband returned and a week later took the package (he had to go to this city specially for this, spend his time and money on the road). In the end, I got these "bast shoes" (very wide), made of Chinese plastic, which just smelled disgusting when you opened the box. The shoes has stood outside on the balcony for a week and still stinks! I'm just incredibly indignant at both Salming itself and their practice of communicating with customers, and at the shoes. I would not recommend anyone to cooperate with them. Worst experience ever.
