Do not order from this company

I ordered a massage table. Came and I realised that is not what I needed. Contact them in the same day that I received it and they literally don't respond to any of my emails. Do not buy from.this company.

Do not deal with this company

Do not deal with this company. When you place an order for delivery, they deliver an incomplete order late and to the completely the wrong address. When advised of their error they are less than helpful, to the point that they say "if you want it, come and get yourself". If your business depends on this company they will let you down and cost you money.

I ordered a couch on a 3-14 day…

I ordered a couch on a 3-14 day delivery.
Half of the couch and a completely wrong part was delivered to the wrong address after 14 days.
After many emails and 4 week delay I am told I have to either collect the correct part myself or wait until the wrong part has been collected to then send the correct 1. Disgusting service no contact number, no delivery information

A very happy customer !

I have had 3 deliveries from this company and been completely satisfied. I wouldn’t let the few bad reviews put you off as they have truly been excellent and I now have very happy daughters that have lovely new Hollywood mirrors. Dyn in customer service has been exceptional ensuring safe delivery of these fragile mirrors. Thank you and Merry Christmas:-)

4 stars due to packaging

Chairs are great and arrived promptly. I needed customer services for a couple of questions and they were very prompt in responding and super helpful. The reason for four starts is the packaging! It was like cling film around the chairs and incredibly difficult to remove, some is still intact underneath as I gave up!

This company has been amazing from the start. I ordered a backwash basin from them and there was a discount code that didn’t go through on checkout. I asked them if they could refund me the amount of the discount and they did with no problems at all.

The backwash basin was delivered when it was meant to.

The customer service is 10/10 and great quality wash basin, everything came with it and with instructions too. Also packaged securely.

I was worried reading the reviews that I was going to have a bad experience but I’m so glad I chose this company.

Ignore the bad reviews and you’ll see how great they are to buy from.

Damaged product but good customer services

Ordered a nail nail desk from this company. Arrived damaged, along with several other issues (including unclear instructions). Made contact in order to resolve - was offered several solutions - including a full refund, which was the option I went for in the end. Despite the fact that the product itself left a lot to be desired, I found their customer service to be excellent, hence the 3 star rating.

DO NOT TRUST

Terrible customer service. Think the 5 star reviews are actually from people being bribed into getting their money back.
Luckily I only bought a stool so feel sorry for anyone who has spent thousands. It said at the time free delivery for ALL orders. I paid for my stool but they then charged delivery which I didn’t realise until it had gone through. Have tried numerous times to get this money back from them but they keep saying I didn’t spend over £30 so wasn’t entitled to free delivery. I have photographic evidence from the site at the time of purchase to prove I was. They tried to bribe me into giving them 5 stars and then they’d give my money back. Unbelievable!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
I bought a beauty bed back in July which was awful. The screw holes on the bed did not match up to the frame so I couldn't screw the 2 together. The frame was also damaged. They arranged a collection of the items and are now trying to dispute that only 1 package was collected. They are only offering me a part refund when both items were collected by their courier!
The quality of their furniture is awful and I am reporting them to trading standards!
Shambles of a company!!!

They deserve 0 stars,my husband ordered barber chair,they sent him cheap small glass dinning table and dinning chair.They don't reply to mails, or on Facebook messenger, trying to get money back through the bank.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! …

Ordered and paid for Five Barbers chairs!! Nearly £1000!!!!!!!! In stock! Three days later, email to say they are out of stock and did i want to order different ones!!! All the links sent were chairs ranging from £400-£1100 PER CHAIR!!!! I declined and asked for my money back!! They said yes and now they aren’t responding to ANY of my emails!!!!!!! I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! Next stop TRADING STANDARDS!!!!!!!!

Don’t even want to give 1*. The company and website looked legit but all I received after ordering was a text and no confirmation email. I emailed twice with no reply. I then googled and found the mountain of Facebook reviews saying it was a scam. I now am trying to get my money back with the bank but I paid via debit card.

White Hydrolic bed

I ordered a white hydrolic bed that should raise to 85cm
When it came it was cream and raised to only 71cm I raised a dispute with the company who offered to replace the hydraulic part but I asked for a full refund as I wanted a white bed and they refused the full refund explaining I should pay a return fee of £35

The bank are dealing with my dispute
