don’t touch this company rip off merchants still waiting for refund as order never ar the day

Great product which arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

The product arrived in good condition and has been used once since arrival. opinion on effectiveness to be determined after a few more uses.

They have taken my money and not sent the goods. I have emailed them 6 times and no reply. I have today received an email to say it has been despathed, but no idea when it is likely to be received. I would not have ordered if I has realised, I will use Trustpilot before ordering anything else online. I only gave 3 stars as any less and you can't leave a review, but I would have not given any stars in reality.

Ordered over a month ago and still not despatched. I’ve given 3 stars as anything less stops you doing a review. Would give minus stars as taken my money and done nothing.

Do not use this site. They are a scam. You won't get your order. I am more upset that Clearpay and Klarna let them use there facilities. That just makes people think they are okay. I did for that reason. Now I am paying for 3 items I know I am not getting. They were Christmas presents. I had to go and buy more, so cost me double. Stay away. I just wished I had checked on here before ordering.

Paid for two hover balls on 7th Nov. Email from Saltdays to say they had been despatched. Tracking No. was fake. Emailed them and received a generic reply which was useless. Clicking on the order takes you to a mostly covered screen. Scam Asian company pretending they are trading in the UK. Pity I can't give minus stars. They deserve it.

Dreadful. Do not buy from this company.
I ordered a hit in November and messaged them repeatedly and they just ignored every messsge. I have had to get my credit card company to take over my case.

Placed my order on 20/11/25 and still haven't received it on 30/12/25. I've emailed customer services on numerous occasions and received an automatically generated response. This company is a scam and would advise everyone not to do business with it.

Wish I had read the reviews, it's definitely a scam, was sent the entirely different colour hat. Been trying to get refund sent all details plus pictures as requested just keep receiving an auto email back. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO TRADE I DONT KNOW AVOID!

Please don’t order from these people. I really wish I had checked out reviews prior to ordering! I ordered 2 tweeting birds for my kittens. It has been 5 weeks since I was told it had been dispatched. When you email customer services you get a reply that doesn’t answer your specific question and you just end up very frustrated. Unfortunately, you can’t leave a review without putting a star on otherwise I wouldn’t have even given 1 star!!

This company is a scam, I ordered some Led screens, after 10 days received a fake tracking number, so I emailed the company to cancel the order, they replied saying that I couldn't cancel. The products were delivered 21 days later, with no way to return them as they are not as advertised and poor quality and in my opinion not safe for children, they will be going in the bin. The company does not have proper customer service. Do not waste your time or money with Saltdays.

Ordered jigsaw on 12 December
No correspondence ,no emails replied to SCAM !! ..quick enough to take the money …just can’t trust any of the adverts on instagram ! Been scammed twice now ..credit card company don’t want to know as it’s ONLY 19.99 !!! Should have used PayPal as they will refund on any amount ..ah well lesson learned the hard way ..

I ordered 3 hoverballs from Saltdays as presents for grandchildren. I have opened 2 and neither worked correctly. The product is vey poorly made. I contacted customer service a few weeks ago and only had a profoma reply saying they are busy.

They just send replies to emails asking for updates on none delivery, having been told item has been delivered,saying “Thank you for your Understanding.”
My only understanding of Saltdays site is it’s a

Order red panda socks - took ages to arrive and the item looks nothing like adverised, its a joke. Will be reporting to Trading Standards as this company is obviously trading dishonestly.

I ordered 2 Flynova Pro balls. They took ages to arrive and are both faulty. I won't charge up at all and the other only has enough power for a brief light show but not to fly. The quality is appalling! I tried to access their website with a view to returning but my security software blocks the site, so they are obviously a threat. Do not use them!

Ordered bat socks and red panda socks on 16th Nov, arrived 18th Dec. They are nothing like the photo, they are cheap socks with small knitted things on them, the red pandas look like no animal I could identify. Having paid £18 each pair to say I am disappointed is a massive understatement. Only wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

Ordered Highland cow socks got tiger cub socks sent to me did point this out in November to salt day's and they still sent out wrong socks. Obviously picker can't tell difference between a cow and a tiger!!!!! So not a happy customer
