Customer service not priority
2 girls working in the store were too busy talking and rearranging shelves.
I waited at the till and they didnt notice i was there. In the end I had to ask to pay for my goods and one girl didnt hear what I asked and just said "yeah" then carried on her conversation turning her back on me! Her colleague had to point out what I wanted. No apology, I felt like I had inconvenienced her.
Also there was a huge 50% off sign but nothing was reduced 🙄
