On 12/11/24 i visited Saltrock in…
On 12/11/24 i visited Saltrock in Cornwall Service's on A30. I had a friendly welcome by lady (on till receipt) called Francesca. As on my own I asked her for on what jumpers looked best on me which she gave, I ended up buying 3. I checked receipt and thought there was an error, went back and asked Francesca to check. She was very responsive, friendly and professional. It turned out my calculations were wrong, i felt an idiot but because of the way Francesca was I will definitely revisit the shop. She added to my shopping experience in a positive way and deserves credit.

I spent £50 on two hoodies in their sale. The day after they knocked 10% off but wouldn't refund the difference in price when I asked them. As a regular customer, why didn't they refund the 10 percent as a goodwill gesture,
