Great quality. One tshirt had some weird spots, emailed the costumerservice and had a solution is less then 3 hours. Looks like I found a new favorite clothingstore :)
Everything great. Very responsive customer service with a small manufacturing defect of a shirt (they sent a new one to replace it after a few exchanges and photos by mail).

Customer service sent my order to an…
Customer service sent my order to an address 2.5 hours away from my home, when I promptly asked them to change it to the initial address they said they would try but it's better if I contact the courrier directly. I did via email didn't heard back from the courier for a week hence asked Salty Crew to contact the courier themselves especially since the mistake was from their end. Up to today I haven't received my order. Order placed on 30th November we are 26th December now. Thank you for spoiling Christmas as gifts haven't arrived yet. Customer support not interested in solving and helping their clients rather interested in passing the ball. Poor response time to emails - over a day sometimes a week before they actually can be bothered to respond. Asked to be called - they didn't acknowledge my request on multiple occasions.
I have bought previously from the brand around the world in physical shops and I enjoyed the items. However online shopping in Europe is beyond ridiculous.
