Great quality. One tshirt had some weird spots, emailed the costumerservice and had a solution is less then 3 hours. Looks like I found a new favorite clothingstore :)
Everything great. Very responsive customer service with a small manufacturing defect of a shirt (they sent a new one to replace it after a few exchanges and photos by mail).

Botched my order
After I made my oder Salty Crew contacted me to say they could not deliver to my preferred collection point but had one close by that is serviced by their courier.
I agreed to make it easier for Salty Crew to ship my parcel.
They then shipped the parcel to a collection point 2 hours from my address that was neither the one I desired nor the one they listed in their correspondence.
I pointed out the error and they said it was for me to contact the courier to reroute the parcel.
This was not possible and I did not have the required information so I had to push them to contact the courier.
They were unable to reroute the parcel.
Customer Service has been slow, arrogant and unhelpful.
The parcel has been delivered to the wrong collection point and Salty Crew will not action anything until it is returned-to-sender by the courier.
Christmas ruined by the carelessness and stubbornness of their staff.

You can't return for free and that's not normal
That's not normal we can't make any return for free. 8€/tshirt is pretty too much, especially when you just want to change size.
