Super comfy and awesome quality
I purchased some awesome pants, 3 pair and I adore them. They’re exactly like the pictures and they are awesome quality, I’ve since purchased from them another 4 times and I’ve never been disappointed with the clothes. I love that it’s an Aussie seller too. They just released some new items and I already have an order on the way. Can’t love them enough

Dodgy make/fit and poor customer service
Pink and orange playsuit. Too short to the point it rides up your bum and you can't wear it. I'm average height and average torso lengt, and it fitted everywhere else. Not made very well. When I asked fpr refund, they wouldn't allow it, only store credit. I'd already paid over $30 in shipping just to get it in a reasonable time (because they're 'so busy' it takes weeks otherwise) so I wasn't paying to send it back and lose all that money. Not very good customer service, especially when they are expensive. They also fade very quickly after washing and don't look the best (had other clothes from them).

I bought a $99 pair of beach pants from…
I bought a $99 pair of beach pants from this store and was very disappointed by the poor quality, stitching, fabric and didn’t match description.
I sent the pants back and when I asked for a refund the owner refused and would only give a store credit, which was unsatisfactory because I didn’t want any other low quality products from her store.
She then offered a refund if I would pay a $19.95 “processing fee”.
The owner made it clear she is busy and doesn’t have time to provide customer service because she has to look after her children. I understand we all have busy lives but I found that very unprofessional.
I also reviewed the pants on her site, gave them one star & the review isn’t appearing. It seems that only the good reviews are being accepted.

While all the clothes look super cute…
While all the clothes look super cute online, we received one as a gift for our toddlers 2nd bday. Fit was so awkward, we had a gift receipt and asked to refund even if for store cc. They said bc it was a discounted purchase they would not. I think for gifted items, they could have been more helpful.
