I would have went with 0 stars. Only an Ai replies to the customers and does it wrong. But don t worry about it and keep on making money no matter that your reputation goes to sh t.
Too high expectations
Together with a Chinese platform = the worst combination ever. If is case of lost/damage your package YOU and only you as receiver must call to see what is the status of the goods, where are the goods, why is in delay, etc.. Nobody cares; they lose your package and no apologies, no compensation, no updated statuses. So, pray that you don't have any lost packages and don't buy items for gifts to avoid any bad surprise.

I ordered from Shein and Sameday is the courier that was assigned to deliver my package to the delivery address I indicated. However, instead of delivering my order to my address, I received an email from Sameday that my order has been loaded at a different pick up point and that I have to collect it personally with the code that they provided. This is unacceptable because I paid extra for the shipping fee and I expected that they would delivery my order to my place. I tried to contact Sameday to deliver my order to my exact address which they were supposed to deliver but this courier did not answer emails and calls. Now my order has been sent to another pick up point which is too far from my address, I have to take a bus or train to get there! I am too disappointed with the service of Sameday, I might have to cancel my order from Shein. I hope Shein will cancel their agreement wit this courier because it will just give Shein a bad reputation.

The box was empty, I had to pay before to have it open, but then my package was not inside.
Since then, longer a month, I am still in discussions with them and you cannot contact them easily. They will never pay you back if the package is not arriving to you!

These boxes are not serviced, they get stuck and products cannot be picked up. I spent a month getting in touch with their team and emag’s teams and they are incapable of refunding me or sending me my products. Shame to them for such bad services, someone needs to hold them accountable

The most deplorable services. Total lack of respect for customers. Indifference and arrogance. With Sameday, I have both a customer-recipient and customer-sender relationship. Basically, I beg them to come and pick up the parcels. They arrive at their destination very late, after countless delays.Specifically, as a B2C sender, a parcel sent on January 19, 2026, today, January 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., has not reached the recipient, and as a customer, I have never received a parcel sent on December 1, 2025.
Avoid them at all costs
I want to give zero but there is no option for that. We wanted to reschedule the delivery, there is literarly no option for it. The delivery guy is rude. Their SMS sender is wrong since it sent us a non functioning link, a wrong parcel number.

Worst experience ever with a courier. I redirected the package to another address and they kept it 2 weeks in the central deposit. I received no message or call from them. I tried many times to call them but I had before me 180 calls so I could not wait an entire day to get in touch with them. After 2 weeks they returned the package. I will fill a complaint addressed to the Consumer Protection Agency since such execrable services are not to be tolerated.
Worst support ever
I’ve had issues with many companies before, and usually once you reach support, things start moving. With this one, it’s extremely hard to reach any kind of human support, the AI chat is a joke. This is by far the worst support experience I’ve had. By the way, my issue still hasn’t been addressed at all by now.

1 star is too generous; what an awful company...they delivered to the wrong address and they left a frail 74year old lady to carry 60kg of dog food on her own, 3 floors up to her flat..
Package came and went in the blink of an eye
Imagine ordering something, being at work and seeing a message that your package has been delivered to the Dropbox. You don’t check it assuming that you can pick it up easily later that day or tomorrow just so that when you check it later in the evening to go pick it up, to find out that it was already taken back to the deposit. ON THE SAME DAY. The package was kept there from 6AM to 8:50PM, not even one full day.

They don't seem to operate in the business of parcels delivery, but rather in delivering psychological terror to their customers. They delay packages (more than 2 weeks), they redirect them to easyboxes without request, they misplace packages (!!!), not to mention that it is impossible to talk to someone from Sameday! The whole thing is a really bad joke! Just run in the other direction..

The worst experience I’ve had was with the courier company Sameday.
Every single time, they lost my parcels. I had to make countless phone calls just to try to find out where my packages were. After almost a month had passed since I placed the order, they even hung up on me during a call.
I am still waiting either for a refund or for the package to be delivered. It is practically impossible to speak to someone by phone, as they provide no information at all.

They lost a paid package for me and even after a month they still haven't responded to my email and phone requests. They still haven't resolved the situation to this day.
No customer support, insane wait times
Waiting 10+days for a package to be delivered from 150km is crazy. They avoid contact with you, hang up the phone in your face after waiting for 25+ minutes for a human to pick up, don't respond to emails, and suggest you use their robot "Samy", which straight up lies about the state of your package. I understand that weather conditions may slow down the procedure, but it still doesn't explain why my package is sitting in the local deposit for 6 days now, with no one bothering to deliver it(a small box). They don't take their jobs seriously, and it's clear to see that they don't feel responsible for any of it, and try to get by with "We're doing everything we can", "And we're sorry". Avoid them if you value your time and nerves.
