ITS A SCAM AND TEMU, ALIBABA, AMAZON HAS THE SAME BRACELETS. ALL THE 5 STARTS REVIEWS REVIEWS ARE FAKE. "JULIA" IS DISHONEST AND WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR EMAIL. PLEASE DO YOUR SEARCH I PROMISE YOU WI FIND THESE IN ANOTHER WEBSITE MUCH MORE CHEAPER.
It will work if you like what you got. They will NOT end you back your refund even after you return your order back to them. I have proof that I sent back bracelet to a n address in Texas and Samos stopped answering my email. But thanks to my bank I just got my money back after reporting this fraud business. It's unbelievable IF anyone still undecided please search a little more and you'll see the same stuff in another ap for $2 while they are selling for $30 that's just stupid do NOT do it.

Great range of products and excellent follow up service!

I made a mistake on the size I ordered and reached out to make an exchange for the correct size. My request was resolved same day, and the replacement is already on the way! Julia even said I can keep the wrong size one to give to someone else.

When I got my order and realized the mistake that I didn’t know the color I ordered. I sent a request to exchange and Julia said to keep what I got and sent a new order.

I ordered four bracelets under a 2 for 1 sale by Samos. The bracelets came promptly but two of them were just a touch too small for my wrist. I sent a note to Julia at Samos and she promptly arranged to replace those two with bracelets that fit my wrist. These two arrived promptly, are good looking and fit well. (In the meantime, she said I should keep the two that were originally sent. I was very pleased by the prompt and cooperative service that I received from Samos and would highly recommend purchasing from them.

I’m not someone to leave reviews but with service that my wife and I had through Samos, hard not to. I ordered the Alberca bracelet, minimal and classy. It’s been on since the day it arrived as it was my wedding gift from my wife a year ago. The clasp unfortunately rotated a few times and it would fall off, but ended falling off without me noticing in the moment. We reached out to purchase another one and a replacement was sent without hesitation. The quick, kind and seamless transactions with Julia were top notch, rare to find these days. Highly recommend anyone to support Samos, we will be purchasing more!

I ordered the wrong size. Customer service rectified the problem quickly to my satisfaction. Great service. I'm now awaiting my replacement (larger) bracelets.

Just dropshipped crap from Temu which unfortunately I only realised after purchasing. Exact same bracelet and pictures are on Temu for £1 and it’s at a £30 markup on Samos.

Have requested the order be cancelled but not heard anything back, probably because they just want to not refund or cancel it to take the money. Shameful

The bracelet I bought has started to fray and I contacted them about a replacement. They immediately responded and arranged a replacement. Great communication throughout the process even when for some reason there were issues with emails being received. I would recommend them to anyone

Fast delivery, beautiful high quality bracelets and outstanding customer service. I had incorrectly ordered the wrong size for my husband and Julia was so quick to respond and help me resolve the issue and send replacements. We were already return customers but we will be back to buy again and again!

Fantastic service from Samos Jewellery. We measured and ordered a bracelet but when it arrived it felt too big on the wrist.
I contacted Samos who have kindly offered to replace with a new bracelet and I just needed to cover postage costs.
Fabulous company, highly recommended.
