The latest update for S23 ultra, Android, HORRIBLE. One, they installed games that we do not need or want, that's what the app store is for. Two, the brightness side bar was moved to a very inconvenient spot. Three, the brightness was not fixed; why can I almost completely drop the brightness but it's still lit up?! I work in a very dark environment and being able to adjust the brightness is important. Four, the auto correct when texting is a joke. I have more mistakes with auto correct on then when it's off; update did not fix the issue.

I'm sure I will find more issues, but so far, we are completely unimpressed with the Samsung 23+ ultra and the Android updates.

We were Android users for many years. Moved to iPhone for our jobs. Recently went back to Android, what a mistake. Not sure what happened in those four years, no longer what it used to be.

The latest update (Android patch Nov 1, 2023) provided by Samsung is useless and problematic. They totally screwed up the share option capabilities. They inserted Nearby Share at the top if the list. You can't remove it, even if you wanted to. The copy link share option is gone & completely irretrievable. If you try to edit the share list of options Samsung Internet, Chrome & Duck Duck Go are no longer available. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING.

Was trying to help someone with a iPhone the day before "well you you have a dumb system". Next day my Samsung updates and guess what? Looks like Apple... So I guess I have a iPhone now.

The latest update to my samsung s22 has done more damage to my phone than any malicious virus or trojan horse could ever have done. I cannot connect to any wifi without my phone going into a continuous swich off and restart loop within 1 minute, the rare time it does stay on longer, it would suddenly lose the wifi and fail to even reactivate the wifi search. If i use network data its a bit more stable but goes into a reboot loop after half an hour or so. I have bad network signal at home so i relia heavily on wifi calling and wifi internet , its turned this flagship s series phone into a worthless piece of plastic. Im not the only one, if you google samsung s22 rebooting when connecting to wifi , loads are having the same issue, all after the latest update, when contacting samsung they make out they are unaware of the situation and not received any complaints when i know they have.

Last update really messed up my phone and battery is from 90% to 11% in 2 hours. This is the last Samsung I'm having. It's always the same. After 2 years the phone is dead within a couple of hours and you always have to bring a charger.

The Samsung galaxy update on August 1, 2023 is the worst update I have ever seen or had. It has completely brought down the speed even though I have got enough memory. Now it will take at least 10 seconds to open anything, even to get to the place you are to type ordinary text. Can it be reversed?

Please stop with the updates just to make it look like you're improving our lives.... You're driving us crazy!! Since I updated to the new October '23 The phone won't Play the simplest video without stopping and freezing up and buffering and buffering and buffering. Stop taking a round wheel and making it oblong and then telling everybody that you've improved it. It is just annoying beyond annoying that these folks can't get anything right. Leave it alone if you can't make it better.

I can no longer use my navigation buttons properly I have to turn my screen to recognise the buttons very unhappy

Did the latest update last week, and now my phone is acting like a meth head needing a fix. The phone randomly freezes, videos minimize to pic-n-pic for no reason. Just ugh!

I have not actually had a chance to check out or even notice what changes came with this update. My primary issue is that choosing "Remind me later" resulted in a forced update that took around 15 minutes to complete, right in the middle of my navigating to an appointment. My google maps cut out about a half mile before my turn, and I overshot by two miles. Maybe, just maybe, delay a forced update when a navigation app is actively running?

Oh my gosh where can I start. Basically everything on my phone is not working right but especially my keyboard. It's super pissing me off. My microwave phone keeps disappearing and the whole thing is lagging. It tells me there's no internet connection. It takes about 3 seconds before it even starts to do what I needed to do and it types extremely slow. My apps aren't working right and there's a lot of features missing as far as Facebook and tick tock. I'm so sick of this. This update by far from the last 15 years is the very worst. Fix my freaking phone I paid $1,300 for this crap

I just red that Damsung stopped software updates for S10×. That is a horrible decision. My phone is only three years old and a very good phone. This is how you create mass consumption. People being scared not having a safe phone anymore. Sorry Samsung, please reconsider.

Fix the latest update!!!!

Samsung threw an update at users this past week, then everything went to he**. User name no longer shown, just sip:[phone number here]@msg.pc.t-mobile.com;user=phone. Phone also randomly blocks contacts. Tmobile says Samsung sent the software update and gave me a phone # to call. You can't talk to a live person, but the robot started a chat with the Samsung equipment division. Great, they don't answer either.

Phone just forced an update. Now, the whole reason I bought a $2000 phone was for the camera, only for the camera. Now, it is absolutely TRASH!!! I am absolutely livid that my expensive phone takes pictures worse than a $100 phone. What a way to burn bridges here. Never again!

I was already facing some network issues in the past but after last update....
I noticed a small pink drop at the corner ( where battery percentage is shown ) . In one day it has speaded much. I would request to the authority to fix this with an update as soon as possible.

The new update doesn't even deserve a single star. The quality of the video when you're watching is blury which wasn't my issue before the update. Is there a way to go back before the update?

I buyed a galaxy s20 FE about 3 months ago. Since the first update the phone began to receive gosht calls, show messages of humidity on charging bport even after be conected several minutes.
The last software update brought a big problems, constan 911 calls with my phone screen blocked!!!.
Samsung client service is a piece of trash as well their phones.
Fir first time in about 30 years I want to buy and apple phone

Samsung REALLY MESSED UP with their supposed latest "upgrade" of my phone. I hate it so much, I wish I knew how to REMOVE IT! What were you thinking, SAMSUNG!$?!?!?
