I just wanted to say a big thank you to yourself, as you successfully and efficiently removed my cataract from my right eye and improved my overall vision. I cannot believe how well I can now see without my glasses
I am also delighted to report that the colours have an increased radiance and a large improvement can be seen.
All the support staff were excellent too

I went to see Sancy for my final pre-op (double cataract removal and corrective lens replacement). Very impressed by the thoughtful, careful approach from both Sancy and her assistant Katheryn and the repeated testing to ensure that the sight correction suits what I need and my lifestyle (I need to be able to do a lot of close reading work rather than drive long distances)

Naturally apprehensive but rather excited to be having surgery next week - but I really feel that I am in safe hands

Dr.Low is simply fantastic. My eyes are so good following cataract surgery in both eyes. Her precision and care were second to none. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Dr Low took such care with my cataract surgery which was appreciated since I had previous SMILE and was a complex case. One week on and my vision is doing really well and I'l thrilled with the outcome, knowing there is even more improvement to come:)

Dr Low removed cataracts in both of my eyes and replaced them with sparkling new lenses and now the world looks crisp and new (and, as an added bonus, my glasses are a thing of the past). Everything in the run up to the procedure and afterwards worked out exactly as she said it would, and every question I had was answered clearly. During the operation itself Sancy delivered a really helpful, reassuring and calm commentary as she worked her magic! She also has a really friendly and professional team in her office and in surgery. Highly recommended!

After struggling for a long time with my eyes, I am so thankful to have found Dr Low. A customer of mine recommended her to me - and I have never looked back. She was kind, and I was with her and her staff for almost 2 hours, while she did a number of investigations. I struggle alot with short sightedness, combined with longsightedness as I get older. Due to her astounding abilities and thoroughness, she could quickly identify why I was continuing to struggle to see with my current prescription from a previous optometrist. I have also had a retinal tear and Dr Low was able to assess the implications of this on my eyesight and future laser surgery possibilities and advise me accordingly. I left with a peaceful and thankful heart that she had come up with the prescription I needed, due to her expertise. Charlotte the optometrist was absolutely brilliant too - squeezing me in and working so well to provide the right solution for my eyes. They are both phenomenal and I will never go anywhere else now. Thank you with all my heart.

These guys are completely at the top of their game. Fair knowledgeable, accurate and kind. I would look nowhere else personally, in such important and sensitive areas like my eyes.
They told me exactly what could and couldn’t be done and I wholly appreciate their honesty and level of transparency.

Dr Sancy Low was recommended to me by one of the countries leading optometrists, John Rose. And how right he was. Sancy's knowledge and skill levels are exceptional. Add to that what a wonderful person she is and you have the complete package at the very highest level. Needless to say, backed up by the equally nice PA, Katheryn. Do not hesitate in your choice of surgeon, the Sancy Low team are the best.

I was slightly nervous ahead of my referral appointment. I certainly needn't have been. There was nothing to be nervous about at all, in fact it was actually enjoyable .

Dr Low was very warm, professional, straightforward and thorough. She explained everything very clearly and rapidly attuned the explanation to the level we could properly understand (Dr Low was kind enough to let my wife join me during my referral appointment).
