Warm welcome and thorough examination leading to diagnosis guiding treatment that resolved issue in days.

Came in for consultation on cloudy vision as a cataract operation after-effect expecting to need a second appointment for any procedure. But Dr Low said she could do it straight away. Now back to clear vision.

I was well informed about options that would have regarding my eyesight improvements. Since my prescription for glasses has been going up in recent years since my menopause it has been a constant bother and it has decreased my quality of life. My glasses were more expensive as I was wearing them constantly and also limiting my activity since I do not like wearing contact lenses. Dr Low combines great skill, appropriate reassurance and a delightful personal manner; this was important to me as it was 60 years since I had surgery of any sort and I needed questions answering that ranged from the most basic to the complex. Whilst performing the procedure on both eyes, Dr Low was empathetic and reassuring. Post-op was effortless and the results first rate.

Dr Sancy Low performs her 'magic' at various surgeries. In my case it was at My-iClinic in Nth London. She is a first class consultant surgeon who patiently explained the fine details of the test results and the various options, drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience. She then skillfully and swiftly removed cataracts in both eyes, correcting my distance and mid-range vision so I now only need glasses for very close work.

I have presbyopia and have been fed up with wearing glasses, had misconception that nothing can be done as it is age related and the only solution is lens extraction. Dr Low explained that there is a solution with the laser treatment. I went for the exam and initial consultation and now I can report that I am very happy with the solution. What a fantastic experience having bilateral cataract surgery performed by Dr Sancy Low. She is a very experienced and confident surgeon. For a patient this is very reassuring. Also the atmosphere inside the OT and all during the surgery was so relaxed. She has this magic of making you feel calm. I had a great experience with Dr Low and her team. I had been to see a couple of GPs over the past few months that were unable to help me and I was getting concerned as I couldn't understand the source of my problem. Dr Low was very attentive and patient, listened to all my concerns and was very thorough running lots of tests. She found the issue which turned out to be minor and resolved it. I feel relieved and extremely satified with the care and attention she gave me.

Ms Low perfomed YAG laser treatments on my eyes at St Thomas Hospital recently. She discussed the risks and benefits, and the procedure makes a real difference to my daily life. I did not experience discomfort during the procedures. My vision is so much sharper. Prior to the procedure, I developed posterior capsule opacification and the vision was very cloudy in both eyes.

Ms Low removed my cataract from both eyes two years ago at St Thomas Hospital. I was fitted with toric lens. The operation was a huge success. I did not have to wear high index prescription lens and I could manage with reading glasses of 2.5.
