Very good 6-panel solar powerbank. Charging via sun is much faster than with other comparable products of other manufacturers!

Excellent service. They answer fast on the email and try to help you as good as they can. I had questions about one of their product and have had a lot of support by email. I also own that Sandberg All-in-one 24000mah battery and i'm pleased about the quality of that product.

It started with a smaller technical issue I spotted during operation of my newly purchased Sandberg product. I addressed the company's helpdesk and they were ready without any longer disscussions on my claim, based on my description of the issue, replace the product with a new one. This was rather unusual attitude of a company, compared to what I used to experience in a similar situations in the past.

5 year guarantee is no joke! Smooth handling when occasional malfunction happens. This was the second instance in a 4 year period :-)

I have had a very good experience with Sandberg's service department, especially Jesper.
I own a gaming desk chair, and this one was starting to give me problems with the plunger. After a few minutes I was almost sitting on the floor.
Without much hope, I contacted Sandberg to explain my problem. I got a quick response from Jesper who told me that this was probably the part I needed (pointing out the part on a map of the chair). Without further ado, he asked me for my mailing address so he could send me the replacement part.
A few days later, I received a package in my mailbox with a new piston! And all this for free! I was able to easily replace the defective part and I have a fully functional chair again and I am very happy about it!
I would like to point out the excellent service of Sandberg which is simply world class! Perfect from start to finish! And special thanks to Jesper

There seems to be a problem with the current batch of webcams HD PRO on the market currently, and Sandberg sent me a replacement along with another model in case it wouldn't work (and it didn't, so it was a welcome thought that allowed me to get back to work quickly and without issues)
Other than the defective batch (three of the same model), the other reference works properly.

I contacted support due to an issue/question regarding some hardware I bought. The customer service representative (Jesper) answered me very quickly (same day) and resolved my problem as well.

Not only did he solve my problem, but Jesper solved in a way that exceeded my expectations by far. This is some of the best customer service I have experienced. Thank you. This will definitely keep me coming back to Sandberg.

Great product and customer service. The power bank is good for 9 full phone cycles, and is such a great thing to have when traveling.

Got two different devices from them, Laptop powerbank and solar charger, can't be better than that, the quality and functionality is too good !
