I love my Sandcloud products
I love my Sandcloud ponchos, beach towels and bath towel, bath mats, hair towels. Only issue is the app and online don't always stress with what's in stock and that sometimes messes up orders and most recently my coupon expired bc it took a couple days to fix log in issues. But, customer service is good and products are too. Sometimes there's just glitches.

Arrived very very late
This order arrived weeks late. The delivery said it was coming and everything seemed to be on track until the delivery date. The day it said it was out for delivery, it never arrived. It continued to say that for weeks. When I contacted customer service, they said it would get there eventually. They offered no explanation or compensation. It did finally show up, but it was weeks late with no reason why.

Disappointed in the quality
I thought the towels would be soft. They advertised that they were thin but soft. I didn't feel they were soft st all. And didn't Dry well.

Great products and great service.
I have ordered several items from Sand Cloud. Never disappointed. For Christmas my family all got the Poncho cover ups. I have ordered towels for my Aunt and have redone my bathroom with Sand Cloud Towels. I Love Them! They are a bit pricey but the product is well worth it. I've even bought the cover up poncho for my neighbor's birthday! They are so convenient to throw on whether your at the beach,poolside or getting out of the shower. Thank you for such great service.
