I can't recommend Sanders Cobb Chartered Surveyors highly enough. Richard carried out a full building survey for me on a domestic property. Really brilliant every step of the way. The survey was done very quickly, Richard asked to be informed if there was anything in particular I wanted checking or advising on, I had the to option to meet at the property or take a call after and the report was with me really quickly.

OK you're buying a house and you're wise (scared) enough to know a good survey will help you sleep at night. But when you get it you fear you won't actually understand what you are reading and everything will sound like a looming disaster or prefaced with a caveat. This is where Matt Sanders really made a difference for us. Yes the survey was comprehensive and done expeditiously - greatly appreciated. But it was the time Matt took to walk me through the house and discuss everything he had seen with his expert eye, answer every question and put identified risks into perspective. When I received the comprehensive written survey it was confirming what we had discussed and I felt informed, comfortable and confident. This was exactly the trusted advisor I needed and greatly appreciated.
