Professional, Trustworthy, Honest and well deserving of the many 5 Star Reviews
Seeking genuine high end jewellery or watches online is extremely difficult. So many pitfalls with professional looking jewellery websites run by counterfeiters, conmen (or women) scammers and criminals, who pray on decent, innocent folk using every dishonest or illegal methods to trick people into giving scumbags your hard earned money.
Prior to finding, researching and transacting with S&R Jewellers, I had been scammed by a Scam jewellery, counterfeit, company ( See Erkals Jewellery on Trustpilot. My review on them soon )
The online jewellery market is saturated with deceptive practices and counterfeit goods, so finding a company that prioritises authenticity is a rare experience for me.
My dealings with S&J Jewellers have been a refreshing departure from the online jewellery scammers. From their integrity, honesty and the communication of their staff, their pre and post customer service was exemplary.
The Cartier love bracelet was delivery free of charge by Royal Mail's Premium Next day pre 1PM Special Delivery.
The yellow gold Cartier love bracelet , paperwork, boxing and packaging was fantastic and professional. The Cartier bracelet looked absolutely brand new, being polished recently prior to purchase, along with the gold screwdriver.
Unfortunately it was slightly too small for my wife. With the return, S&R Jewellers have proven themselves to be an excellent customer service team who clearly are committed to long-term customer trust building before, during and after transaction, over just a short-term sale.
I am on their customer wish list waiting for a certain piece of Cartier jewellery to become available and I have no hesitation in recommending S&R Jewellers.
In addition, when you receive post sale emails politely requesting that you post a review of your experience "good, bad or otherwise " and you see the percentage of 5 star satisfied customers on Trustpilot, this reassured me that this company really cares about their clients.
