I found Victor and Gary both patient and helpful. It took a little longer than expected, but they successfully updated and fixed my quickbooks program.

Issues with Quicken Starter 2015 on Windows 10

Straight forward approach with the solution for my problem. Roger was honest with the options and very communicative with how these solutions fit my needs and nothing more.

I would recommend Sane Accounting to others for their services.. !!

Email issue in Quick books Pro-2014

Everyone that helped me today was absolutely amazing at SaneAccounting ...they both have great customer service skills and worked in a very quick manner to address the problems I was having. Thanks again for everything

Very Rude - Awful Experience.

I have been in business for a number of years and have found the experience of Sane Accountant to be rude, unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Bottom line, if you have an issue with them, you will get nowhere with them. All I can say is, that if you do work with them, make sure you have everything documented. Otherwise you will never win. But if you want my opinion look for another option.
