Before using Sanebox, my emails would tend to get lost in the shuffle due to the ever-growing amount of blast emails and other non-urgent emails. Sanebox has drastically helped keep my inbox clean and allow me to focus on the important emails during my day. The sanelater and sanereminder features have been a great tool to keep my inbox count low, while not letting any emails slip through the cracks.

Because sanebox is not app dependent you can use Sanebox on any platform with any email client. It works flawlessly and tames the inbox. I now run my inbox it doesn’t run me.

I've been using SaneBox for several years now. I couldn't live without it. I receive hundreds of emails a day and SaneBox really helps me manage and make sense of it all.

A smart way to automatically sort your emails in mailboxes.

it connect directly to your IMAP/Exchange mailboxes using your credential and automatically sort your emails using some kind of AI (or Bayesian filtering IMHO). Just train it's brain by sorting a few emails manually, and it learn your patterns. Many other useful options (delay emails, auto-hide, auto-archive, auto-answer, auto-forward, ...). It works flawlessly. You can pretty much make it do whatever you need.

Design and usability of the web app could be improved. You may finally understand how to configure it thanks to their onboarding process, but the design sucks forever ;-)

A real time saver well worth the value of the subscription. If you struggle through your email inbox, get this fix.

I have been using Sane Box for many years now and it has changed my life! I can now get to inbox zero with ease and flow. I could not imagine every processing emails again without it!

Easy to manage emails into folders for swift retrieval.
saves a lot of stress and time.

A good way to sort your emails without having to do the manual labeling setup in gmail. Lot's of upsells and sort of sneaky tactics to make you think the price is less than it actually is.

It is a solid service and should be able to live on that alone. I find it useful but am also a bit concerned with being tied to a service for these needs of making my inbox manageable. As a service and platform it works well. It becomes quite expensive with all of the upsells and it's done in a very salesy way that put's me off hence the lower score.

Once you try it it, you can't go back to life without it.

I'm still fairly new to SaneBox so I haven't tested out all of its features yet. However, I can say with certainty that my email inbox is MUCH less daunting now. I had used unroll.me for a while, and although it was somewhat helpful, I think that I actually began to receive MORE junk mail as it unsubscribed me from lists. Plus the whole selling my information thing was unsettling.

SaneBox learns how you want things organized, and it helps to keep the clutter from making email a distraction. My inbox basically has one or two messages a day come to my inbox, and the rest are filtered into what amounts to spam, news and "deal with this later" message folders. It's easier to take a quick look through each once a day rather than have them constantly distract me from work, etc. There is a little bit of a learning curve, and it's customizable so that you basically have to figure out how you want it to function for you, but so far I feel like it's a sanity-saver for sure.

I have used multiple email productivity apps, but the @SaneBlackHole trumps them all. It is sooooooooo much fun getting rid of spam/unwanted emails once and for all.

Look, this is the next best thing to having an assistant going through your email, showing you what you got and you just say "put it aside!" or "Trash it!" And it's done. Even better, it remembers next time what you want and what you don't. Plenty of opportunity to change your mind, take a look at one or two emails that catch your eye. Do I know how it works? NO. Am I an expert? NO. I just feel it's the right thing to do with my emails. Can't make this stuff up!

I have been a keen user of Sanebox for a few years now. It is a great business tool, allowing me to triage my emails and to carve out to my 'SaneLater' folder the stuff I do not need to see immediately, but which I might wish to read later when the heat is off, and further, to send to 'SaneBlackHole' the countless crappola that typically infests one's inbox. A superb bit of tech!

My experience comes on the heels of previously using Unroll Me to organize my email. that service was free, but I was experiencing problems with it. I ran across SaneBox and I thought I would give it a try. Was I pleased! Even though this service is not free, it is so much more robust than what I was using. There are so many tools that can be used not only to organize your email and to keep your inbox clean, but also to use in other aspects of your life. If you learn what is available to you in this program, you will never leave. It is really great.

SaneBox is the most effective, most comprehensive email management system I've used thus far. Its training algorithms allow you to handle your incoming messages in a sensible, stress-free manner.

SaneBox is amazing! I was doubtful that this service could perform as they claimed. What I found was a logical method for organizing a chaotic e.mail box. I find what I need when I need it. I also have access to those pesky newsletters and ads, the ones I subscribe to but never filter through; they're available when I want them but only when I want to see them...

Completely changed my relationship with email. Sanebox took something overwhelming and made it manageable, and it works in EVERY mail app — I'm not locked in.
