I GUESS ALL POSITIV IMPRESSIONS ON TRUSTPILOT IS FAKE AS WELL.
There is no other way to say it. This company is a con. We have tried repeatedly to return a product and they refuse to respond. The return system on there website does not work. I have used google maps to see the location of the shop, only to find a private house. Do NOT purchase anything from this site

Returning is of course no problem, it can always be done within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that due to the competitive prices we offer in our online store, we do not offer free returns. As we only have one warehouse in the world, we can only process returns via this one warehouse. A return to another address may result in the destruction of your package and is not sufficient for a refund of your order. Kinesisk junk. Jeg bestilte en håndklædeholder i sort metal af høj kvalitet, 31 cm høj, 60 cm bred og modtog pakke fra Kina: alle samlinger er af plast og er kun 32 cm bred. Helt ubrugelig. Overrasket? Firmaet giver indtryk af at være baseret i Holland, men på pakkens tracking information blev det tydeligt, at der var tale om et kinesisk firma, og hvor det ville kræve lifetime tilsagn om alle typer cookies, hvis jeg ville have oplysninger om forsendelsen. Vender helt sikkert aldrig tilbage til dette svindelfirma.
Chinese junk. I ordered a high quality black metal towel rail, 31 cm high, 60 cm wide and received the package from China: all joints are plastic and is only 32 cm wide. Totally useless. Surprised? The company gives the impression of being based in the Netherlands, but on the package's tracking information it became clear that it was a Chinese company and that it would require a lifetime commitment to all types of cookies if I wanted information about the shipment. Will definitely never return to this scam company.
