The cup was absolutely perfect!! I bought it for my b/f for Christmas and it looks exactly what I was expecting!! She loved it!!

Very disappointed with the purchase I made. Took way longer than anything else I ordered from other companies and the personalized name is horrible quality. When I contacted them, they didn't offer a new cup being sent but gave me a 15% refund. That didn't do much as the item was a gift that I wouldn't give so its worthless. Won't order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone

I neber received my Omega Psi Phi tumbler order. I inquired by email several times about it because i was trying to get by timeframe indicated i would receive it. Never did.

I paid for tumbler and never got money back.

My order was not correct, I requested a name on the tumbler BUT DID NOT GET It on the item. When I let them know they said I didn’t provide one but I know I did because this was my son who is the hospital manager at AVES.

Never recieved the tumbler. Tried numerous times to make contact but with no avail.

I really like my tumbler. It’s beautiful and keeps my coffee hot for a long time.

I ordered a personalized cup for a friend on December 22nd, she received the item on January 12th and loved it at 1st sight. Talked of the compartment of the lid to cool her coffee. Tracking wasn't ideal. Thank you Saniede shop.

Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.

The cup looked just like my dog Simba who passed, two days before Christmas.

This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered a mug 2 months ago and have still not received it. I emailed the company at least a dozen times and they never respond! Do not buy from here!!!
