They used someone else's cup photo trying to pass it as their own work and the product I received was completely different and very cheap looking.

Ordered a product from them on 09/16/2021, today is 10/23/2021 and was told it would be another month, but they did say they could refund me. A month ago they told me it was being shipped. I wouldn't trust them too much. They have given out misinformation multiple times.

This is from an e-mail they sent me on 09/17/2021 and haven't received it yet...

Saniede Shop cannot be trusted. As of 11/22/021, I am still waiting for the product ordered 09/16/2021.

Products are nice but customer service is non existent. They don't respond in a timely manner or at all. They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.

I hope to never shop with this retailer again. It took 30 days to receive my order, and the product I received is a cheap and shoddy version of the item listing I purchased.

For reference, I purchased a graphic T-shirt and was very disappointed by the quality of what finally came in the mail. The material is slippery/shiny and there's no information on what the fabric is made of (there's no tag on the product and also no information on the web listing). Rather than a heat transfer design that's pressed onto a cotton t-shirt (what the listing looked like), the design is badly printed INTO the fabric (??). It looks like the material that is used to make company/corporate tablecloths that are used at trade shows and conventions. Additionally, the design itself is blurry and oversized...

I was going to contact customer support asking for a refund, when I noticed that their refund policy is void 30 days after you PURCHASE your product. Convenient, since it took 30 days to receive the product... This is particularly frustrating because it wasn't until I contacted their customer service team to inquire about my order status that I received any processing or shipping notifications from the company. I had the impression that my order hadn't been started until I reached out asking for an update...

I was SO eager and excited to receive this product as I was hoping to wear it for a particular event, but I am thoroughly upset over the whole experience.

Ordered a mug for my grandsons teacher. It had A line down the mug what was not featured in the picture on the site. Contacted the company and they said it was a normal overlap. I think not would not recommend this website. Wish I could upload a picture on this review. They are so wrong for this. I will never order from here again. Disappointed!

The cup it’s okay, Not too thrilled about it, the bottom metal part of the cup is bent, and the graphic it’s a little blurry. I ask for a fast delivery and even paid extra for it, it only tells you when the cup will arrive after placing the order. And even then there was no fast delivery date. The cup arrived a month later. The worst part was that this was supposed to be a gift.

This is a special gift for adult grandkids. I can't wait for them to love it as much as I did.
