V fast delivery but returns policy too strict
Competitive prices, very fast delivery however, returns policy is too strict. I spend well over 1000 € but ordered one 40€ part in error. I ordered a replacement paid my 40 € + delivery and wanted to return the old unused part which I have no use for. Sanitino would not accept the return. It can take longer than 14 days to install a bathroom and it is a waste to throw the part away.

Customer service was nice and prices…
Customer service was nice and prices were also good. The only negative point is that returns need to be sent to Czechia which make it a bit costy.
