They advertise what they do not have in stock and then expect you to wait weeks before sending. Not very honest,.

The prices are great and the products too. The shipment is a bit slow.

Did bot revive the product yet. When you use SEUR for shipping its always gonna be a 50/50 if the customer will recive the product.

Before ordering, I read a lot of reviews online. Many were negative, especially about late deliveries and useless customer support. I honestly thought, “It won’t happen to me.” I was wrong. I placed an order of around €1,000 and even paid extra for DHL shipping.

And here we are: Day 40 — still no package. Nothing.

Customer support? Absolute joke. Every now and then someone from Sanitino replies with lazy, overly casual one-liners, like we’re old friends, not a paying customer and a business. No real information, no responsibility, no solution — just empty promises and pathetic excuses.

This website is a complete scam-like experience: you pay, and then you’re ignored while they waste your time. If you enjoy stress, delays, and being treated like an idiot, go ahead and order from them. Otherwise, stay away.

DO NOT BUY from this site. Ever. Don’t make the same mistake I did by thinking you’ll be the exception. This company is run like amateurs who clearly have no idea what professionalism, logistics, or customer service means.

This was the first and last time I order from Sanitino. Never again.

I placed my order on November 28th, yet until I sent them an email 2 weeks later, they wouldn't tell me any update on my it. In their reply they said they were out of stock for some items and asked to wait 2 more weeks. It's January 15th when I'm writing this review and I still don't have my order (although it's in GLS now, so I still have hope).
If I knew all of that in advance I'd never bought anything here.

Very competitive prices. Ordered 2 Grohe faucets from them. Items were well-packed. Everything arrived in good condition. Shipping: ordered on Nov 26, received on Dec 10 - not really fast, but I wasn't in a hurry. Customer service: 1) Pre-purchase - Inquired about product but they weren't helpful. For my inquiry they said I should consult the manufacturer / brand -- in this case, Grohe. I did do that but received no reply. The only reason I pushed through with the purchase at this company was because of the price. 2) Post-purchase - followed up on shipping - Basic, responsive, clear.

A little slow to deliver especially from within Spain but it’s probably because we are all used to next day delivery with Amazon! 😄

The item l bought was badly described and not as expected. I was told to pay for the return myself but unknown to me, it was sent from the Czech Republic which would be extremely expensive for me to return. If they had started clearly that it was coming from the Czech Republic,l would not have made the order. Customer service was very slow to respond and unhelpful.

I returned 4 products and only got the refund of 1 product, which didn't cover the cost of transportation (300€). I have contacted and written emails to their customer service and there's no solution. They claim one of the products didn't reach their warehouse (lie) and the other two were part of a pack, but the return document I fulfilled allowed partial returns.

Overall they stole 700€ and they kept all the products to resell to other customers.

Scammer behavior.. buyers beware!

Be careful, this company is located in Czech Republic. It take weeks for the item to arrive, Shipping is expensive and if you have to send something back they make you pay for the shipping which from Spain shipping back is 25 euro for 1 small item. Also their customer service is very unhelpful when asking them what shipping company they used and if there's isn't a better return rate they simply don't assist, but instead send standard templates. I would not buy here again!

Bought something for 68€ and had to pay 38€ for returning.

They have a wide selection and the purchase and delivery process was easy and quick.

I still haven’t received the product.
I have contacted the customer support who still needs to explain what the problem is, so im not happy😡
