Regarding the reported damage, as stated in the terms and conditions https://www.sanitino.ro/termeni-si-conditii-generale accepted when placing the order, the condition of the shipment should be checked immediately after delivery and any transport damage should be reported without delay, no later than within 2 days of receipt. In this case, that period has unfortunately already passed.

Dorim să menționăm că serviciul de livrare este gestionat de partenerul de transport, însă tratăm cu maximă seriozitate orice sesizare legată de comportamentul curierului sau de calitatea livrării. Vă rugăm să ne transmiteți mai multe detalii despre situația întâmpinată, pentru a putea verifica cazul și a înainta o reclamație oficială către transportator.

The order states clear that the deliver will be made to the locker of the shipping company (close to my home) but the shipping company informed me by mail that I must go to their headquarters for pickup. This is not acceptable.

Bună ziua,
Ne pare rău pentru neplăcerile create și înțelegem de ce situația a fost percepută ca o experiență negativă. Dorim însă să oferim câteva clarificări.
Din cauza unei erori de sistem, la livrare a fost setată accidental o sumă ramburs mai mare decât cea corectă. Ne cerem scuze pentru acest inconvenient și pentru confuzia creată.
În această situație au existat două opțiuni:
dacă nu erați de acord cu suma, ați avut posibilitatea să refuzați coletul, fără nicio plată, acesta fiind returnat automat către noi;
dacă alegeați să acceptați coletul, diferența dintre suma achitată și suma corectă urma să fie rambursată imediat, pe baza unui simplu e-mail.
Regretăm că această eroare tehnică a afectat experiența dvs. și ne cerem încă o dată scuze pentru inconvenient.
Rămânem deschiși și disponibili pentru orice clarificări și ne dorim să oferim fiecărui client o experiență corectă și transparentă.

Never ever buy from this company. They sent a defective product then refuse to return my money back.

Don’t believe the reply from Sanitino, it is fake, it is not what happened.
The product was bought and delivered at the end of December. I opened the box and it had a visible factory damage. I immediately opened a case to return it.
It took days for Sanitino to even reply to my email and only after threatening did they accept the return. Then after they received the product back they lied that the product was actually USED & INSTALLED!!!! Which was a complete lie.
Then they actually lied that they repaired a factory damaged metal ding on a €500 product and that they are shipping it back to me!!! This was already late January when this happened.
Only after threatening a lawsuit did they accept to return my money but only after the repair product is back to them. After that they waited another 14 days to issuer the refund.
So for a late December product I have barely got a refund in March!!! And this only after threatening with the authorities.
Don’t worry there is still an open complaint about this company and I really hope their business practices get investigated!!
Buyer beware, you are risking a lot buying from them!

Confirmăm că produsul a ajuns la dvs. în data de 13.02, iar returnarea banilor a fost inițiată în data de 25.02, către contul aferent.
Deși reclamația a fost soluționată prin livrarea pieselor, am ales să mergem în întâmpinarea solicitării dvs. și am procedat la returnarea sumei, conform soluției dorite.
Refundul a fost efectuat în conformitate cu condițiile aplicabile, în termen de cel mult 14 zile de la primirea produsului.
Ne pare sincer rău că acest proces a fost atât de neplăcut pentru dvs. Pe baza acestei experiențe, vom încerca ca pe viitor să implementăm metode noi și mai rapide, astfel încât soluționarea unor situații similare să fie cât mai eficientă.
Toate informațiile legate de acest caz au fost transmise și pe e-mail, pentru solicitarea cu numărul 6425017063.

Plata în avans este necesară la anumite produse/comenzi (de exemplu, în funcție de disponibilitate, tipul produsului sau condițiile furnizorului), iar costul și durata livrării pot varia în funcție de destinație, greutate/volum și transportator. Înțelegem însă că vă doriți mai multă flexibilitate și vom transmite mai departe sugestia dvs. către echipa responsabilă.
