Selling non-functioning products!

They recommended I buy a new DVR from their website. After paying for an electrician to install it he discovered that it was impossible to set up without considerable technical effort. Sannce recommended installing a special program, then exporting a file from the machine, then getting a code from them to be installed back into the machine!
Unbelievable stress with a NEW product.
I dumped the machine.
No refund!
Useless products and support.
