Great first experience. I bought some shoes for my wife (typically not in the black friday sale). I was having issues inputting the new customer code (had an error).

Tsholo from their support team was super helpful and had it rectified really quickly. Shoe's were delivered next day too, which was much faster than expected.

I can't comment on the shoes themselves other than they look great and i'm sure she'll love them. Thanks :)

Love the San Matin brand - their customer service team is great to liaise with and they provide fantastic trainers. Love them and would recommend them to others.

I ordered some Apollo trainers that were faulty so I contacted the customer service team. They quickly organised a replacement (without any ifs and buts) and they arrived today. Very happy with the service and the new shoes!

I was looking for a pair of smart, stylish, yet timeless trainers with a little sprinkle of "Je ne sais quoi"... After much browsing I landed on SANS MATIN and immediately liked the look of their household "Olympus" as well as the easy to navigate website and thankfully great but not overcrowded product range.
Anyway, I took the leap and a not long after, "Voila!", my new shoes were delivered, and carefully packaged in what I can only qualify as sleek (and eco friendly - bonus points here!) materials.
THE Olympus were unwrapped and looked even better than they already did on the website (which in my experience is a rare occurrence!).
I wore these throughout the summer and wow! - these are very comfortable too - more bonus points!!!
Having noticed early on what I thought was a small defect, I contacted SANS MATIN and to save all the detail, this is close to the best customer service experience I have seen in my life - defect reported with photo evidence and once recognised this would have been a genuine manufacturing hiccup, I was offered a new replacement pair.
Now, I'm not one for looking for freebies and will be buying more shoes from SANS MATIN for all the good reasons listed above.

Had the best customer service experience recently. I reached out about a small squeaking issue with my Sans Matin Gaia platforms not expecting anything just some tricks or fixes they know of. The Gaia shoes are SO comfortable and I’ve had no issues the past few months after wearing them for months and the squeaking noise just randomly started (did not step on anything sticky). Tsholo went above and beyond and provided solutions and when those didn’t work sent me a new pair. The shoes are comfortable and the customer service experience has been even better, making me a customer for life!

I love these shoes , which are very good quality and look very stylish. I wear 2 styles and I have one style in 2 colours , which look great with different outfits. All styles wear well and I recently bought a replacement after 5 years of regular wear during the summer and spring months . Price is good for quality and if you like this style then I would definitely recommend.

I bought a pair of these dressy trainers as I have fallen arches and plantar fasciitis so regularly footwear is a definite no no for me. I know these are a considered purchase but trust me when I tell you that they are the most comfortable footwear I possess. I have already got these in beige, ink navy and waiting on the grey and pale blue ones to come. Just a word of advice if you are a standard foot width I would suggest going down a half size. I normally wear a 42 but they were too big but it was no problem to return them for the next size down. You will not be disappointed in these trainers I would highly recommend especially if you have any foot issues.

Wore these almost every day during a 3 week visit to Europe and loved them. Great support and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Over the last 2-3 years I have purchased these in three different colours, the latest being the sand coloured Eduardo. They clean up and wear really well. Lovely soft and comfy and go well with dresses as well as trousers and jeans. Ideally I’d love it if they did half sizes too!

I love these trainers, I now have three pairs! They are incredibly comfortable and stylish. I get so many compliments when I wear them. I am usually a 38 but size down to a 37. Sans Matin’s customer service is second to none, amazingly helpful

Cannot praise San Matin’s Customer Care highly enough. Despite having purchased my trainers in the January sale, I had saved them for my holidays in early summer. It was only then that I noticed a problem with one of the tongues which wouldn’t stay central.
As a result, despite still being extremely comfortable, I wasn’t wearing them much as they looked odd. I didn’t contact San Matin until September and they immediately arranged for a replacement pair to be sent. I’d say they deserve 10* ……

It’s rare to come across this level of care and professionalism, especially from a small business. The shoes themselves are stylish, comfortable, and clearly made with quality in mind. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and recommending Sans Matin to friends and family.

Sans Matin makes incredible sneakers. They are very stylish and more importantly, extremely comfortable. Their website is great and the shipping time is fast. I won’t buy sneakers anywhere else!

I've had a couple platform shoes in my life, but this one tops the list. They're light, comfortable, fits my wide shaped feet WHICH is a must. They help me do my hairdressing jobs well, they give me some height, because I am quite small. I saw the shoes, because of some video that featured Trinny (apologies if the name is wrong). They won me over instantly

No hassle order and delivery, came nicely packed too. Would definitely consider getting a second pair!

I ordered a pair of Gaia trainers for my holidays. I ordered them in plenty of time, however, they was a hiccough in the delivery department. I immediately got in touch with Customer services who were absolutely fabulous. The ladies name was Tsholo and nothing was to much trouble. She was always extremely quick to answer any emails I sent and was helpful, friendly and polite. I received the trainers in time and I’m delighted with them, the quality and the fit are superb. Bought a pair of shoes from this awful company. they don’t have a customer support team, reached out to them on various social media channels with no response. Item arrived 2.5 weeks after purchase. The material is cheap, plastic looking and uncomfortable. Don’t buy from these guys please. The only reason I bought it is because they are a UK company, which I now regret as I can’t even return them. Avoid like the plague
