I cannot recommend Santoro in Bluewater highly enough. We got my suit, the groomsmen’s suits, and one of the bridesmaid's suits from here – and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

Peter and Tommy looked after us brilliantly. Their attention to detail, knowledge, and genuine care made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable – even when things got a bit last minute.

I ended up losing a significant amount of weight just before the wedding and needed a completely new suit only two weeks out. They didn’t panic – they just calmly got it sorted. No stress, no pressure – just solutions and support. The new suit fit like a dream, and I felt incredible on the day.

Went to purchase my wedding suit from Bluewater - visited over 8/9 stores. Santoro had the best quality suits from all of them and a super helfpul team. Demi from Santoro helped advise me on the perfect suit, waiting patiently as I tried different options, helping me take photos to share with my family for their opinion and then advising me on additional alterations to get the perfect tailored fit for my wedding. Great support also from Andrew and Steve in the team who provided advice and shared suggestions for the best purchase.

Had a chat with Chloe at their customer serves today, it seems DHL didn't get the delivery out of Cambridge and in to Norfolk,
Chloe understood my circumstances and offered me a full refund, I've only heard good things about Santoromilan and hopefully I'll get the chance to purchase one of their suits in the future...thanks again for your help today

I’ve been in dispute with the company for a refund for just under two weeks now, and the communication has been poor. I haven’t received anything, not even an email confirming the refund. I’m concerned it feel like I have been scammed. The quality of the suit felt like plastic, and I sent it back the next day. Of course, it’s taking them a long time to process the refund, which is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all this is my hard earned money I expect it back as soon as possible
