Scam artists. If you are unlucky enough to buy from them, accept the loss and move on. I followed their refunds policy to the letter, spent another £24 on tracked postage and the package got stuck at Chinese customs waiting for them to supply further information which of course they won't do. Lesson learned for me (I hope!).

Bought a knitted bright coloured polo shirt from Sara London. When it arrived it was not what I was expecting! It was utter rubbish, just a cheap AI print on a poor quality nylon polo.
I asked for a refund, it was to cost me £20 to send it back. I managed to get them to refund me 1/3 of the money back (£12). I threw the shirt in the bin, learn a lesson from me and don't touch this company with a barge pole!

Very poor quality description was pure linen actually they are polyester no washing drying ironing instruction labels I was lucky the size actually fit me would have have cost a lot of money to send them back to china but definitely avoid this Sara London company I wish I read the official trust pilot reviews before ordering instead of the ones on there website

Unbelievable experience.
The shirt I bought doesn't reflect at all the photo on the advert. Horrible look and very poor quality.
After ''fighting'' for return finally agreed, and cost £20 as all products are made in China.

Scam. Cardigan purchased via Facebook took weeks to arrive (from China), quality was lamentable, eventually settled on a 50% discount rather than return it to China but obviously I felt cheated. Oh, and even our local Air Ambulance charity shop felt it unsuitable for sale so it went in their rags bin!

Rip off Chinese company with no link to London. DONT USE.

Listen to the bbc programme tonight. AVOID THEM they are all crap

Totally illegal product with no labelling stating country of origin or fabric composition. Product quality was disgraceful. Company demanded return of product before issuing refund. This was not the product as described and I therefore refused to pay postage return costs for a product I did not order. We are now reporting this company for trading illegally and trust they will be prosecuted.

Not apparent on ordering that the goods are coming from China despite purporting to be based in London. Incorrect items delivered and of appalling quality synthetic material. No response to request for return. Advert shows all 5 star trust pilot reviews whereas real reviews all 1star

Very poor quality product. They don't answer emails. They do not advertise a phone number. Avoid at all costs as per other reviews.

Avoid avoid avoid. Product quality is really poor and they don’t accept returns - they just keep offering discount. I’m now going to report them to trading standards and instruct my credit card company to put the amount into dispute. Based in Asia somewhere despite trying to look like they are in London.
Basically a scam.

This company is a real disgraceful outfit.
The items are complete rubbish they go out of their way not to refund you which costs time money and frustration.
Do not under any circumstances trust or get involved with these crooks.
I should have simply done a chargeback immediately BEWARE THEY FAKE THEIR TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS.
AND MOST IMPORTANT IT IS A CHINESE COMPANY LOCATED IN CHINA NOT LONDON SO IT TAKES WEEKS NOT DAYS.

Please avoid this scam company at all costs. Totally agree with the other reviews. Although item was faulty I still had to return first to China at my expense before refund as per their small print but it is difficult to do and you need their phone number for courier which you can’t get. Loads of emails got me nowhere and although credit card would refund eventually they said I still had to return and that cost not refundable. Avoid these people like the plague.

AVOID - SCAM COMPANY !!! Paid £70 for 2 men's linen shirts - arrived - definitely not linen. - cheap quality - wrong colours and design - why didn't I check here first !!! Have been trying to return them - an number of emails sent - and no further so have now raised through my bank as a dispute ! AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM COMPANY

Purchased 2 shirts advertised as linen which are clearly not, more like man made fibre, no labeling, cheap & poor quality. Offered the same discounts as previous reviewers...I have stated that as the items are not as advertised then they should cover postage costs...won't hold my breath...failing this will report the company & try for refund through credit card section 75....I don't know if other reviewers have been told returns cost...I am still awaiting response to email...I am so cross with myself for not looking at trust pilot prior to purchase 😡

Nothing went right !!
Delivery took forever, quality absolute rubbish, colour not true to sales picture, sizes tiny and not standard sizes.
No returns policy just numerous offers of discounts,
then return to China at my expense, notwithstanding my contract was with Sara London,UK.
Be very wary about any dealings with this company better stay well away.

They hide the fact that they are shipping from China and have no returns policy. I made the mistake of ordering 3 shirts 3xl size and when they finally arrived they are tiny, hardly an L even and they're nylon not cotton as advertised. Asking for a refund will get you offers of discount and vouchers for future purchases and nonsense about returning stuff harming the environment. If you persist they tell you returns are at your expense and will be costly. Will enquire with trading standards.

Complete Scam. Do not buy from this company. Absolute misrepresentation. Advertised as cotton, actually cheap nylon. Poor quality.

I’m as disappointed and angry as all the other reviewers. This ‘small’ ‘London’ business was obviously a front from the moment the shipping information showed China as the origin. The shirts are advertised as being cotton but are a cheap man made fibre. They’re badly manufactured and the colours not as shown. I’ve emailed requesting return and refund but I don’t hold much hope. Stay away!!
