The car is great. However, I feel that I was taken for a bit of a ride when it came to the spare key. I was not told during the buying process that there was only one key for the the car, it was an expensive car, so I assumed there was 2 keys. I was only told at vehicle handover once I had paid that there was indeed only one key. I expressed my disappointment to the salesperson, who pretty much said that it was my problem and I needed to get a spare one.
I would have appreciated in the interest of transparency that I was told that the car had one key only. I sent an email to the salesman, with no reply. When I phoned today to speak to Jordon the sales manager, I was told that it was their policy to supply one key, and that if they supply two keys, it should be seen as a bonus.
Just be careful when dealing with these guys. Ask all the questions, make sure they give you all the answers. After you have paid, the service level stops and the attitude becomes very different. I regret having referred a friend to them now.

Well, there were a few things.
Collection appointment delayed
No, flexibility on the price
The car’s 3 pin charger was covered in some kind of greasy product?
Broken plastic part from seat runner end cap.
Thankfully the car is fantastic

The selling process was far too long because the salesperson continually left us to consult his manager and search for items that should have been on his desk before we arrived. Thankfully the car we bought was nice and the price okay. Would have liked to have known the car needed servicing ( which they don’t do) and only had one key before I went to look.

Thank you Steve at Sascron car supermarket. I was a littler nervous about purchasing my new car. However Steve was patient and went through the steps from test drive to ensuring my car was ready for collection as agreed and driving off. I had an amazing experience buying my car at Sascron, thank you to Steve and the team.

Follow-up to previous post;Purchased a car last week, servicing the car prior to collection was agreed by Steve, I was told it was all done and ready. On returning home I realised there was no service paperwork and no V5 provided and contacted Sascron. I also voiced my concerns about having seen another customer’s financial and personal details left out at the desk I was asked to sit at and wondered how my own documents had been stored and who else may have had access to them.
Since this time I have had 1 call from Kalem and 5 phone calls from Steve, including in one of these a further conversation with the business director Kalem (who had actively invited me to leave a review after he was unwilling to resolve my concerns at our first conversation). In the opinions of myself and those who witnessed them These calls have been very aggressive and used intimidation tactics. The calls were overheard by other people (of which Steve was aware) including my husband. There was shock and disbelief at how he approached this situation by those listening.
He did admit that he had agreed to and forgotten the service and then proceeded to ask for my lawyer’s details (??!) , inform me that he was unable to service the car unless my trust pilot review was removed (despite me quoting the trust pilot rules that “reviews are never incentivised or paid for” ) which in my opinion amounts to bribery.
Having shouted and tried intimidating me he invited me in for a chat. Obviously this would be a very uncomfortable situation for me as a woman to place myself in having had 2 men demonstrate rude and aggressive behaviour towards me already.
Kalem suggested he would “report me to my work professional regulator “ and write reviews at my workplace, he had clearly researched the name and details of my workplace in advance, maybe another inappropriate use of personal data?. This is so far from the professional behaviour that one might expect from a large company director. It was very worrying, caused unnecessary anxiety and perceived as threatening behaviour.
A Quick Look at other people’s experiences shows that promising a service which is not then done is a common theme.
Eventually Steve went to ask the workshop when they could service the car and called back shouting that the only option would be to return the car on Monday.
In my opinion and following my experiences this company should be avoided at all costs since they clearly do not have a grasp on customer service or customer experience which is such a shame as (as far as I can tell) the car is fine and this situation could easily have been resolved had they politely offered to service the car as they had promised.
I have reported the data breach to the ICO in the hope my own and other customers data is not compromised and is not being used for inappropriate purposes against the customer.

There's loads of car there. I saw one on auto trader and it had a fair price. Whilst being shown the car the sales person said they could deliver it and would even do it themselves. He also said a 3 year warranty for the car would be £1900 which put me right off getting a warranty. I was transferred to another sales person to process the sale. He said they couldn't deliver the car so I had to make my own way back to Sascron, which was annoying given what the other guy said. He stated that the car would come with a check and if the tyres were below 3mm tread they would be replaced. He then tried to sell me a warranty, which I didn't want. He said he didn't like seeing a car being sold without a warranty and spoke to his manager to get a better deal for me, this included paying about £200 for the pre-delivery check and an extra £400 or so for a 1 year warranty. I rejected the warranty, but there was no option than pay for the pre-delivery check as I new the tyres would be good. Anyway I picked it up ok and the car looked clean etc. whilst at home I discovered the tyres, whilst legal, appear below 3mm and we're the original tyres manufactured in 2016 so between the 7-10 year recommended lifespan. I feel the emphasis is on selling warranties, which is ok for those who want them, but I feel penalised for not getting one especially as the tyres are out of date. The tyre valve covers were stuck on due to galvanic corrosion (aluminium/ brass) and I had to use pliers and a socket to remove them - so the tyre pressures had obviously not been check as part of the pre-delivery checks.

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. While the overall buying process and paperwork were handled efficiently, I was quite disappointed with the delivery experience.
The keys were handed over at the reception, and the salesperson simply pointed toward the car parked a few meters away in front of the dealership. There was no walk-through, no basic explanation, and no effort to make the delivery feel personal or complete. It felt rushed and impersonal, which took away from what should have been an exciting moment.
Additionally, the fuel tank was almost empty at the time of delivery. While I understand a full tank may not be standard for used cars and wasn’t explicitly agreed upon, I expected at least a reasonably filled tank as a common courtesy.
A little more attention to these details — a proper key handover at the car, a quick orientation, and a minimum fuel level — would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience.

Service not so good, didn’t respond to issue raised after purchase. Didn’t clear that service was due from system, not sure the service was done in the first place, so call deep clean on upholstery questionable. Car is good value though and no serious issues serfaced…. yet!

Car purchase from Sascron
Salesman quite pushy to take finance with them so could get the sale within May; we didnt take it as had cash from previous car sale but was going through in June.
Upon collection they couldnt find the logbook so have had to get a new one via post - this takes alot longer
Later found out the car did not have an electric charging cable so had to return to get one from the dealership.
No service done on the car prior to collection and told I have to go to the main dealer to get this done - inspection warning on!
Car itself is lovely but the service received by staff in the dealership could definitely be improved.

I was asked to email customer services as Jorden (The sales manager) is no longer responding to emails. He was fine up to the point of sale and transfer of funds then nothing. The car has a potential collision sensor fault as brakes keep being applied. I believe the car has been accident repaired. The car did not come with service book on collection and have been chasing this to be sent for well over a week. Appalling aftersales service and treatment of customers is an understatement.
