I recently had three wooden sash windows installed by Wandsworth Sash Windows in my ground floor front living room, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

Communication with the office was always smooth and efficient, and I want to especially thank James, who was consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process feel easy and well-organised.

The installation team, Arthur and Leo, were brilliant, they were always polite, punctual, and respectful of my home. Their workmanship was top-notch, and it was clear they took pride in what they do. The windows look fantastic and have really elevated the room, both in terms of appearance and insulation.

After the installation was complete, I had a few queries, and I was really impressed by how quickly and professionally they were addressed. It’s rare to find a company that combines great craftsmanship with such a high level of customer care.

I’m already planning to use Wandsworth Sash Windows again when it’s time to replace the other windows in my home. Highly recommended.

I recently had four pairs of sash windows by WSW / Parsons Joinery and am very happy. The quality of the work is just fantastic the windows look beautiful and the double-glazing has really made a big difference to how cosy the house feels. They also did a new set of French doors and the fit and finish are spot on and they feel really solid and well made.

The whole team were friendly and professional, turned up when they said they would and always left everything tidy. You can really tell they care about what they do and take pride in the details. I’d 100% recommend them if you’re looking for proper quality joinery work. Definately a 5 star experience.

I had one window fitted by Wandsworth Sash Windows and I’m really pleased with the result. The team arrived on time and completed the job quicker than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The fitters were polite, friendly and clearly hardworking. I was impressed by how smooth and clean the whole process was, as I expected it to be more disruptive. We did have one visit rescheduled which was a little frustrating, but I understand these things can happen and it did not take away from the overall experience. The window looks great and works very well. It has only been a couple of days but everything seems spot on so far. I would definitely recommend them.

I had my work done in two phases. The first phase was the installation of a set of rear French doors. They look absolutely brilliant, flawless! The second phase was the installation of some windows. Also really impressed with those as well. Very happy with the service throughout provided by Wandsworth Sash Windows.

What an expert installer Ghas is. I arranged for Wandsworth Sash Windows to fit some bathroom windows for me in my rental property. Managing everything remotely with the time difference and between company and tenant is normally quite a challenge but all has been done really efficiently. Their fitter Ghas is such a pro.

I had Wandsworth Sash Windows replace seven sash windows in my house – five at the front including a bay on the ground floor, and two more elsewhere. The whole process was really straightforward and easy. The work was done by Nishan and Bipi who were brilliant from the moment they arrived. They had a long drive to get to me in Heathfield every day, but they were always cheerful and positive. They worked incredibly hard and barely took a break – even when I tried to offer them tea, they just smiled and carried on.

The windows look amazing and you can really see the quality in the finish. I’ve already had a few neighbours comment on how nice they look from the outside, which says a lot. It’s made a real difference to the house. You can tell Nishan and Bipi really care about doing things properly, and they left everything clean and tidy when they were done.

Overall, I’m really happy I went with Wandsworth Sash Windows. Great team, great windows, and a job really well done. Would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting their sash windows replaced. Solid five stars from me.

These guys really know their stuff!!! When they arrived the technicians clearly explained their method of working and what they were going to do. I really appreciated that because replacing windows is not something I have ever done before so it was all completely new to me. I was really reassured and the technicians did the job so well. I did spot a couple of bits that I thought needed a bit of extra work which I pointed out to them and they happily dealt with for me.

WSW replaced 8 sash windows, two of which needed extensive repairs to the box just shy of a full box replacement. Despite the challenge, John and Shaun did a great job and the results look as good as new. Excellent team and I can't recommend them enough.

There was a small issue I noticed just after installation, but I was really impressed with how professionally and quickly the team responded, it was dealt with without any fuss and to a high standard. I had 3 windows fitted by WSW a few years ago. Recently I had a problem where one of the windows was difficult to operate up and down as has normally been the case in the years since the window was fitted.

I knew I had a guarantee with WSW so I contacted them and asked for their help. There was no wrangling or quibbling, they helped me right away and got someone booked in to fix it for me.

The fix only needed 10 minutes on site but it is beyond my capabilities to know what is best to do. I’m glad they were there to help and it’s impressive the service they are still willing to provide many years after I had my windows fitted. It reduces my stress knowing that they can do that for me.
