Saskhouses.com is the absolute best place to list or to look for property. So easy and economical. Dale and Susanne are extremely helpful and so responsive to questions/edits. Their attention to relisting reminders and suggestions for improvements is so appreciated. They are always right on top of things. Wonderful communication. Highly recommended.

Seamless process with very prompt and efficient support.

Dale and Susanne are easy to deal with and the price of advertising is fair. Renewals at a decreased cost are appreciated. One downside is the website which is sometimes tricky to use. I have had to search for the number of "looks" and had to contact saskhouses by email to have additional pictures posted as I was unable to get them to accept using the site directions.
Contacts by potential buyers is efficiently done by email along with return responses. I like that the ads are also posted on social media.
All in all, good value for the cost.

I had a wonderful experience using Saskhouses.com. Obviously, it was wonderful as I sold my home. I found the information online very helpful and well laid out and the online program (once I learned how to navigate) quite easy. Loved the insight feature! Very cost effective to buy the listing for 6 months rather than pay a realtor. Dale and Susanne were so helpful with anything I needed and were super quick to respond and make suggestions.

I find the realtor industry really does a good job of making people feel they need to have a realtor, however truthfully, we don’t.

Was easy to use and set up, customer service was great and quick to respond once I submitted the listing for approval. Sign up and aerial photos were done in a day or two, which I was very impressed. Once the ad was live...crickets. Not a whole lot of action on our home via Saskhouses. We ended up selling our house through a mutual contact and we’re able to use the documents provided by Saskhouses.
Good experience, but recommend they provide more support once the listing is live or reached out. (Benefit of having a realtor).
Disappointed we never received a sold sticker to put on our for sale sign, but that is very minor.

We have used Saskhouses previously to sell a home and so we decided to try again with terrific results! We sold our home and are so pleased to have done so without having to pay commissions for a realtor.

Our selling experience with Saskhouses was excellent since it took less than a month for a successful sale. Overall ad exposure was broad and professional as we had many hits and enquiries within days of publishing the ad. Dale and Suzanne were very helpful in doing the photography including aerial photos of the house and yard. This was our second successful selling experience with Saskhouses and we would not hesitate using their services again in the future.
