Recently attended a BLS course at Sass and it was really informative! Essential for every practitioner to keep up-to-date with new emergency protocols. Hayley was inviting as always and the course trainer was very knowledgeable (I always ask a million questions lol and she answered them all!). Would really recommend Sass to anyone for their training needs ❤️

I attended the basic life support course at Sass training academy. I had such an informative day in a professional and relaxed environment. The course has given me so much confidence to help my clients if they ever needed first aid/life support. The staff at Sass (Hayley and Levi) are super nice and welcoming!! I will definitely be attending more courses here.

I am currently undertaking a my ProQual Level 7 course with SASS Aesthetics Training Academy, and so far, my experience has been exceptional. From the very beginning, the enrolment process was straightforward, with clear guidance on the course structure and expectations. The team has been highly professional, approachable, and responsive, providing support whenever needed.

The course content is well-organised and engaging, balancing theoretical knowledge with practical insights. Each module is presented clearly, making complex topics easy to understand. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and committed to helping learners succeed, offering constructive guidance that has already enhanced my skills and confidence.

Even at this stage, the learning environment encourages active participation and critical thinking, allowing me to apply what I’ve learned in a practical way. The academy’s emphasis on high standards and professional development is evident throughout the course, and I feel well-supported in my learning journey.

I am looking forward to continuing the course and building on the knowledge and skills I have gained so far. I would confidently recommend SASS Aesthetics Training Academy to anyone seeking a professional, structured, and supportive learning experience.

I just finished my theory and practical with Sass, I moved over from another company due to having poor teaching and communication elsewhere. I traveled 5 hours as I was recommended to come to Sass from multiple others practitioners and knew from my first call with Hayley she’d give me the support I needed! Hayley has been amazing at keeping in touch, always fast replies if i have had any questions or queries and the levels are all home learning which is easy to navigate. I attended for my practical this week and felt so welcomed by Hayley and Levi, no question to silly and really knowledgeable training. I can’t wait to go back to do my level 7 I highly recommend Sass aesthetics worth the travel for the amazing support you recieve !

Absolutely phenomenal service from the moment I first contacted Hayley to ask about some treatments. She was so professional and understanding to my situation.
What really made Hayley and her team as SASS shine was the care and reassurance she gave me (even before the phenomenal results). I wanted everything done straight away with instant Results which so many aesthetic clinics promise. But Hayley and her team helped me understand that it was a journey and to achieve the goals I have ultimately achieved I had to be patient and trust the process. Not only to achieve the best results but also to achieve them safely in a way that my body was able to adapt to naturally.
Also very little aesthetic practitioners will promote healthy life style changes to enhance and prolong the effects of aesthetics, but this is something SASS lives by. Sure you could go into any aesthetics clinic and get instant results, but I promise you from experience… those instant results are not healthy and if you want a naturally enhanced aesthetic look you should look no further than SASS aesthetics.
Also one last thing I would say is that I was adamant years ago that I would never go to an aesthetic practitioner/advanced or not for aesthetic work. I always paid almost double to go and have the same work done at either a doctors or a dentist. Why? Because so many aesthetics clinics do not follow ethical guidelines (including doctors and dentists alike) and Ive heard and seen horror stories from clinics that will just give the customer exactly what they want despite that not being healthy or safe. However, I have honestly found the results over time have been by far the best results I have ever had. Even comparing them to doctors and dentists. Hayley and her team really do care and they really do have your best interest at heart. They are not just there to line their pockets. Their results are amazing and you have to trust the process. Believe in what she tells you and you will not regret the results. Thank you to Hayley and all her team for all the hard work she has put in and thank you for always ensuring a warm, friendly and professional environment every time I visit.
Sass aesthetics is no doubt the best aesthetic practitioner within the Northwest and I would not go anywhere else.
Keep up the good work and thank you for always caring. In my opinion, every aesthetic clinic in the UK should follow by example!

I have just done a course with Hayley and Levi, I loved every minute of it. With it being the first time I have done something like this I was so nervous. But I have left feeling so confident in facials already. Could not thank them enough!

I really cannot recommend Sass Aesthetics enough. I have attended the clinic a couple of times for treatments & I always feel like I am in very safe hands. Hayley is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the treatments she offers & always puts me at ease, explaining the process throughout. The clinic itself is beautiful & all the staff are all very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sass Aesthetics at all...Hayley really is amazing at what she does!

I had a hair appointment with Michelle. She was welcoming and friendly and I always feel at ease. Michelle takes on board and follows your instruction on what I want doing with my hair. Came out with my hair feeling so silky smooth after a cut and blow dry. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my hair done now. Good to support your local salon also.

I completed my pathway to aesthetics at sass and loved every minute of it! I’ve already booked on another course, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Stunning clinic and Hayley is so lovely annd knowledgeable and makes you feel straight at ease. Can’t wait to come back! X

I honestly cannot recommend hayley enough! I did the facials course which covered micrdebrasion,microneedling&dermaplane. I was very nervous the day of my course which I think hayley picked up on!she made me feel at ease I honestly had nothing to worry about,as I completed the course and now feel very confident in my facial journey for the future, also Sass is the most stunning place and I will definitely be back to do further training in the future.

I can't recommend Hayley enough. I traveled down from Scotland to do my first lot of training with Sass a few years ago & couldn't wait to get back down. She is so welcoming & professional and I left with more knowledge than I could imagine possible, I left my course feeling confident in everything that I had learned & the amount of models provided by Hayley ensured that I got a good variety of lips . Leaving knowing the aftercare is second to none is so reassuring, well worth travelling for
