Highly recommend Reynoldsburg facility…

I had a bad experience at a storage facility down the street from the Reynoldsburg facility. I went in and the manager Abbi was very helpful in helping me get the right size I needed. She also reassured me what happened down the street would not happen at this facility. The unit was cheaper then down the street as well. I would highly recommend this facility and Abbi.

Poorest Customer Service

Yes, I was given the most horrible customer service by your manager at your 6294 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213 location. It happened last Friday.  He lacked customer service.  I'm truly surprised he's a manager. Because of him I did not get a storage unit. He was unapologetic an he did not care. He actually told me he did not want me to get one of your storage units. I've told other people about his poor customer service. I wonder how he climbed the corporate ladder. It must be a joke that he's the manager.

Serves purpose, but beware of pricing changes

The unit is sufficient to meet the need, but the website doesn't make you aware of the required insurance premium and periodic rate hikes. I pay $10/month for the minimum insurance coverage, and have had a rental rate hike of $10/month within 7 months of obtaining the unit. Be prepared to pay more than advertised.

Hostage Extortion

Planned on a 2 year stay but has lasted double that due to yearly to bi-yearly price increases (WAY above normal inflation) and additions of new sneaky fees. ($10 late fee and $10 overlock fee the same day??? Sounds like a $20 late fee doesn't it)
Their staff is driven by upper management (according to them) to harass the hell out of you. Repeatedly sending numerous emails, messages, phone calls, etc. all with the same purpose, annoy the hell out of you till they get your money. As if a new fee EVERY WEEK isn't enough the latest fee came after only SIX fracken days. Was even charged one time for an overlock fee that had already occurred and I had already been charged. Have to double check every bill with this company..
Avoid these people like the plague unless you want your life's belongings held in hostage status until you win the lottery. smh.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience at Stor All. We strive to be the best in self storage. As you mentioned the late fee change, since you have had been with us prior to June 1st this year you know and understand our late fees use to occur on the 3rd day of default. We change our late fee to occur now on the 6th day of default to help the consumer. I hate to hear that our management portrayed us as a bad company and that no one took the time to tell you the benefit we gave you on the late fees. Our late fee call policy is to contact our customer every 3 days to help the customer get back on track with their payments, if the customer gives a time that they will be in our management is to hold calls until that time has past. Our late fee schedule is posted and gone over with each individual at the time of lease. I hope this better explains how our late fees work and why you were contacted after your account went in default. Thanks so much and have a great day!

Downtown (Gaulbert) Location

I had rented a unit out for band practice purposes, after speaking to a very nice lady on the phone, who suggested the downtown location for us. I walked into the unit and there were no electrical outlets, which sparked confusion. I called back to the front desk and the man on the phone says "We are not set up for band practice. There are outlets in the hallway, but we use those for cutting peoples locks off when they don't pay the rent." This was a different man than the one I rented the unit from. Both of them did say that there was a resident above them, and if the sound is a problem, they would have to kick us out. They said this in a short and kind of rude way (which threw me off, as the manager at the Cane Run location was very nice, and even said "we'd love to have you!" Anyhow, these guys were not very reassuring about anything, and they did not smile once. One of them may have smirked. So I got a refund and have called the nice lady at Cane Run to reserve a unit there. I am sure they will be more pleasant to work with. Units at downtown were clean and secure, but the people left something to be desired, and my rating reflects the last part. Thank you - John Walker

So nice

Moving is always stressful but the people at Storall on Snouffer were so helpful, (especially the manager, Donovan), that it helped make the move less tiresome.
The free use of the truck was an added bonus.
Use them for your next storage experience, you won't regret it.

Extremely Clean

I live close to this storage facility but for some reason on researching storage facilities I never considered this one. One day I stopped and my positive experience started with the young gentlemen at the front desk. Jared was very professional and was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. I wanted a climate control unit. When Jared took me on a tour of their storage facility, I was amazed at how clean it was. With the climate control you had a garage area with a dock. What a security feature to know you could close a garage door and feel safer. If you go to the Westerville StorAll facility make sure you get waited on by Jared! Thank You Jared for the great service!

Tricky...

I had a great unit, easy enrollment in auto draft for my payments. I took stars off because they raised my rent $10 right after I signed up, also, I referred my mom & never got my credits so that was a sketchy promotion & the move out was nearly disasterous, be careful with that move out date, the 10 day notice means nothing, they tried to charge me for the following month even though I asked within the given time frame not to renew my auto draft & had my unit cleaned out 3 days before the 1st. I did get my money back by calling the corporate office. They're the cheapest around & act like it too.

Frustrated

I have used this facility for 2 years with no problems. Since I was notified of construction, then finding out there's new managers it has been a mess! My bill is never right for me to pay it online, they keep trying to charge me for 2 units and I only have one. They moved me into 2 units while construction was being done but I was to keep paying what I've been paying. Then I recently found out that my original unit that I've been waiting for them to complete has been rented out to someone else! And I get treated like this is my fault!

Customer Service

My husband and I travel a great deal with his job and Stor-All has been tremendous in taking care of our storage needs while we are out of country and moving around. They are always gracious and timely in dealing with any issues as they arise.

I'm happy with Stor-All with the exception of all the rent increases

I've been a customer of Stor-All now for almost 5 yrs. Haven 't really had any problems & Leslie the manager is great. My only complaint is the rent goes up every year. As a longtime customer, who has had 2 units at one time, you would think they would lower the rent, not increase it. I guess they think people don't want to move all their stuff to another location, so they can charge whatever they want.

amazing storage place.

This storage facility is amazing. I've moved out of state and they provide a safe place for the stuff I had to leave behind until I can go and get it. I had this unit in someone else's name and they were able to able to make it a,smooth transition to get it switched. They work with me as long as I let them know what's going on. They are very friendly.
