Fantastic product with even better support!!

We were given Satago's details through our accounts software provider to help us with our debt management solution.
The product does exactly what we need and is easy to set up and sync with our data. We have already noticed an increase in the speed of payments from customers and a reduction in our outstanding payments. The support from the team at Satago has been first class, with very quick response times. Special shout out to Lauren and Matthew!

We have been EXTREMELY disappointed by…

We have been EXTREMELY disappointed by Satago. About 2 months after we subscribed, they still didnt manage to link us properly with SAGE line 50 despite tens of calls, emails and chat. So much time wasted!
However, they were very quick debit our accounts with their fees!!!
NOT recommended.

What an incredible bit of software

What an incredible bit of software. Satago is so user friendly that anyone can pick it up, its detailed, has great features and you get so much for your money. It has saved me hours each week and once set up, it is all automated and completely customisable. Im so impressed I would give it 10 stars if possible.

The best credit control platform in 20+ years

I have been working with Satago for over 6 years. I have recently installed their Credit Control function in the business I have moved to, as in my 20+ years as a credit controller, I have never used a platform so intuitive to my needs. The team are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble, and I am happy to be working with them again, (I specifically say "with them" as they are only interested in what is best for their clients and we work as a team to get the best out of Satago

Sammy Tufail assisted with Satago…

Sammy Tufail assisted with Satago set-up and called back 2 days later to see if I had nay issues. Once it had been synced with Sage all the reminders were instantly populated saving me a lot of time. The only issues I had was viewing the invoice which has now been taken off the templates and my domain email, as customers were concerned that they may be receiving spam. Certainly in these early days looks as though my time spent on credit control should be eased.

Satago Sage Add-On

Signed up a free three month trial of Satago Sage add-on, it sounded just what i needed. 1 month in they still haven't managed to get the product working on my system, final straw was being asked to tell the Satago rep my Sage username and password over the phone - very secure! trial cancelled. time wasted.

"First Impressions"

As a Business Manager with an International ISO Quality company, my initial interaction with the team at Satago, certainly exceeded my expectations.

In a business context, I think it is true to say first impressions are usually the best guide to building future relationships - and my first impression with Satago was that this was a company I could do business with.

Moreover, they have the quality products and services that support my view.

Excellent Product

Our business has been using Satago for over 4 months and very quickly we noticed a huge improvement within internal credit control procedures. The new systems allowed us to keep more efficient communication with our clients and be able to answer to any invoice/ debt queries in a timely manner.
Satago has also improved our cashflow by getting in touch with the client on a regular basis.
It is very cost effective solution, which improve the business cashflow and help save money on the additional human resources. I would highly recommend it.

Great tool to help you keep on top of your invoices.

I have been using Sage for my invoicing and accounts for a while but one thing that really annoyed me was lack of any credit control facilities within the app. Satago solves this problem by providing you with a full suite of tools to keep track of your accounts receivables. Satago will connect directly to your Sage account and keep track of all your invoices. It will warn you which invoices are overdue and send out reminders automatically. When invoices are paid it will automatically mark them as paid and send out thank you emails. Not only this but it has inbuilt credit checking for your customers so you can see if you have any potential problem clients. Satago also let you raise finance against client invoices which for a small business can really help with cash flow. The customer service team are great as well. Often with web-based tools it's difficult to speak to a real human in customer services but with Satago you can speak to someone on chat, email or telephone to help out with any problems or questions you have. Also shout out to Sammy for all his hard work setting our account up!

Overall it's a great tool and the price very affordable. When I think that last year I was paying a freelancer £200 a month to do what Satago does automatically I wish I'd discovered it sooner.

Satago have helped massively improve…

Satago have helped massively improve our business credit control and cut out the time required for someone to do this internally. The system is updated daily and all correspondence between us and customer logged, even as far as letting you know if a customer had received/opened an email. I find this service highly efficient and a huge saving to the company :-)

I would recommend Stago........

I use Satago for Credit ControI and have found Satago very user friendly and it has definitely helped to reduce our debtor days.

I would recommend Satago to help with your credit control, the emails work well especially the ,7 days prior to due date' as this allows our customers to contact us to request a copy. Another good feature is the debt analysis report which is simple and easy to see exactly where you are with outstanding clients. Our non financial people witihin our company have commented on how easy and uncomplicated the report is.
