Satago has revolutionized our debt collection process. The system is now fully automated and syncs every three hours with Sage 50 accounts. It sends emails to customers at different stages of the collection process. It has saved me an enormous amount of time chasing debts either by email or by telephone. Debtor days and cashflow have improved massively. I cannot praise or recommend Satago highly enough and Emily in the technical support team was an absolute star recently when my server crashed over the Christmas holidays and I needed her help and support with getting Satago back up and running again.

As the title states - we've been using Satago now since 2020, and have had no big issues - setup was easy and we were ready to go quickly

Matt was extremely helpful in getting me setup on Satago. Initially I was struggling with finding the time to sort it but after a few calls with Matt in addition to him resolving some technical issues I was all good to go. Even after Sage was connected to Satago he gave a tutorial on how to use the platform explaining everything in detail and giving me the chance to ask questions.

We have been using the Satago platform for over 4 years now and are very happy with it. The credit control feature has helped improve our credit control process and it's helpful to our customers to see their invoice status on demand. Matthew Kent in support is very helpful and a great trainer.

Matt explained how the system works very efficiently and therefore it was easy to understand. We had previously started to look into using an automated credit control system however this one outshines the rest, we will most certainly be using Satago going forward thanks to Matt.

We had an issue with our satago, it wouldn't link through to the emails releasing reminders and statements.
I soon contacted Matthew in the team, who from the beginning was such big help.
Everything is now running smoothly and can't thank them enough for being so efficient.
