The rings I ordered were beautiful, simply stunning quality. The look on my now fiancee face was worth a thousand lifetimes of happiness. Well worth the purchase on the rings. The gems this company uses are top notch and look just as beautiful as a real top diamond. I will be spending birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas's on more pieces to add to her collection. And guys don't think the men's rings are not up there. I plan to get my ring from here as well.

Very disappointed and frustrating… it’s been 14 days since receiving the email that I can receive in any day, until this day almost a month from buying, NOTHING is arriving

The ring is absolutely beautiful and feels very solid and well-made. It fits perfectly, which made the whole experience even better.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. Everything is crafted so precisely, and you can tell a lot of care went into its design. Honestly, it’s the best ring I could have found at this price point.

On top of that, the packaging exceeded my expectations. It felt premium and thoughtfully put together, making the unboxing experience just as special as the ring itself.

I placed an order February 23,2026.received conformation . Received numerous updates. March 7,2026 received email stating my order was in transit. I’ve still not received my order and beginning to think this is a scam. I requested a tracking number. The shipping company has not received the items as of March 20,2026.

I have not yet received my item that I ordered weeks ago ? I’m told it’s on route but nothing so far

Sateur is a very trusted company who cares about their company. The piece i received took some time but it was well worth it! As a thank you they also sent me a free gift of earrings, which my wife loves ❤️. I will definitely be ordering more pieces. Thank you very much for the 4 $100 gift cards as well!

I was promised that I would get my order in 10-12 days. It’s been almost a month now and there’s no sign of the order yet. I haven’t event got the tracking details yet.
On top of that they are sending me an email mocking that “By now, your Satéur piece should be part of your story”.
I would suggest them check the order details first before sending an email

So far I have purchased three items and all have been of exceptional quality. Compared to other Lab Diamonds I have purchased i can say in all honesty Sateur outshine the rest.
Price is amazing, delivery may be a bit slow but well worth the wait.
Will use them again as the wife loves them, and they look so good on her.

Order No: 59569. I didn’t receive my order at all, although it mentioned in the email dated 26/2/26 that the order will arrive in 7-10 days worldwide. There is no tracking for the order also. So I could not give any review. Please help me see what happen and, I’d be really appreciate if you look into this matter.

I ordered a ring and added as an impulse buy some earrings I have sadly only received the earrings and not the ring . I have emailed weeks ago and was told it would be on its way but have recieved no communication and have no idea almost 7 weeks on when it will be received. Poor customer journey

Astonished when I received the rings and the earrings. Was very sceptic when I ordered because of the price/promised quality. When opening the boxes I was astonished! Flawless bling bling. We gonne replace Swarovski with Satéur Jewelery!! The cool thing is that I received every day an email

I have been messed about by SATEUR and been constantly sent generic messages by their BOT named Vinod Singh. I would not recommend buying from this company and I am now contacting my bank to find out my options against scammers. I will also advise Instagram. Shocking service and I should not have had to go to all of this trouble!

This is a scam. We paid $600 for an engagement ring. After months of waiting nothing showed up. Every email they responded to with AI which is what we believe all the positive reviews are as well. We logged a complaint with paypal who followed up with Sateur and got nowhere. Eventually they sent a number of pretend emails and a random tracking number from china. When the box when received it was empty. We feel embarrassed we fell for this scam.
