They are a fraud. Sent me the ring box with NO RING in it. They thought I would not realize or something, but they are running a fraud program. Now they are saying, “we are working on it”. Even paid for expedited shipping to get earlier and got an empty ring box, BUYER BEWARE !!!!

The return policy is a scam. The size of the"gem" is comical and the color or the sparkle of the stone makes it look like costume jewelry.

Still have not received my item. They send me emails saying it’s on the way with no tracking number. When I contact customer service they state it’s in quality check process. Just lots of false information. Still trying to find out status of my order.

Please avoid. The ring is not as shiny as advertised, they put a light inside the box to make it look brighter. They have refused to refund please avoid at all costs

Firstly, the necklace arrived faster than the tracking advice. I bought it as a gift for my wife and it exceeded all my expectations. The packaging was super high quality and the necklace itself looks amazing.

Terrible company. Do not be mesmerized by their elegant appearing website, and if you are my recommendation is to read all the fine print regarding returns. I purchased a pair of earrings, diamond replica studs (just not wanting to drop a couple grand on a real pair). They arrived, nicely packaged, descent looking studs. The only problem was they were too big. I immediately tried to return them. They asked for pictures of the packaging and the earrings themselves. All of which was in pristine condition. They would not allow me to return or exchange them. Their reasoning was in the fine print of the return section you must ask for a return on literally the day you place your order. Do not believe their false advertisment of 30 day money back guarantee. You will waste money and time on this company. Look elsewhere! You know it’s a shady company when the only way to contact them is through email. No phone number listed on the website nor would they provide me with one so I could speak to someone. It became more about principle than the $250 I wasted.

Easy to navigate website and order process. Fast and on time delivery. Incredibly beautiful jewelry at super adorable prices. Great find!

The whole process was very well informed. From the moment you place an order, they constantly send updates on the stage of production. After receiving the product, my wife was very satisfied with the product and the packaging was top class. The only thing that I didn't know is that each order was made to order so there was additional waiting time of 10 to 12 days, on top of the shipping which delayed me gifting my wife the present on her birthday.

I was looking for a man made option and price point definitely won me over.
The clarity is beautiful and decided to go with the 1 carat per ear. The setting is beautiful and the Light Show is awesome... she loved them right away!!!
I see a future 2 carat pendant to come...

this company tries to pass it's self of as a french jewellers where it is in fact a costume jewellers based in hong kong.the ring i got my wife for xmas has the rose gold plating faded all ready but all they blame is exposure to elements ??
hi end boxes containing low end tat with no customer come back.if you need to wear your ring outside pleae use gloves so the wind does not blow the plating off.

I loved being updated on the process. I enjoyed being included. It made the whole experience exciting.
They only disappoint was the led light didn't work In the jewelry box. It did on my first order, but not the second.😔

not received the ring . order placed on 2 February

I bought the pink diamond ring for my wife for Valentines day. It looks stunning & my wife absolutely loved it. Not the first thing I have bought and definitely won't be the last.

I am so upset with all the coordination, I paid for express delivery and place the order on 16th January to have the ring my annual ceremony which hasn't deliver and I had to but another gift for my wife now I am expecting to receive it for Valentine and I still do not know when will deliver to me.
