To be honest: I was afraid that my jewlery will not arrive BUT it came and I love it

There are two things to be said about ordering from Sateur. The first is the ordering experience, and more specifically the complete uncertainty that surrounds when you will receive the product that you order. As I have laid out in detail in a separate review, this company was completely unable to give me an accurate estimate of a delivery date, and didn’t even know where the product was. It was obvious to me that the ring I ordered was coming from a Chinese supplier over whom they had no control. The various communications from Sateur were nothing more than optimistic assessments posing as firm delivery dates, and were contradicted by later communications. One email from the company actually said that I should ignore other emails from the company that were simply spit out by the computer as a matter of course

The second issue is the quality of the product. While it looked great initially, the gold plating rubbed off within two weeks. What was supposed to be a gold ring is now a sterling silver ring. Two weeks!

If you order from Sateur, my advice is to not have a deadline in mind for receiving the product, and to assume the product is simply going to be cheap Chinese costume jewelry that will not stand the test of time.

Bought a Satéur Aurous Gold Raffiné Ring.
1. The order was very slow to arrive.
2. After only 3 weeks of light use, the gold plating has already worn through in the pointy spots and where it meets a pure gold ring on the same finger.
3. It´s made in China. Not Paris.

The stone is nice. But will not buy the brand again.

I Still have not received my order. Its pending for more than 3 weeks now. The team is also not responding on my emails. Its one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experience for me. I needed the order before a certain date for my wife. However, you ruined the occasion.

I still haven't received my package after 25 days, even though the stated delivery time was 10-12 days.

I placed an order for expedited processing. Weeks later, the purchase still has not shipped and there is no evidence that it ever will. I had received several emails saying my purchase shipped, when I asked for a tracking number each time, I was told to ignore the automated emails and my purchase would ship soon. Sateur will be reported as fraud.

It was really easy to make the purchase and the moment of opening the (beautiful) box to see the earrings was awe-inspiring.
The company's communication is top notch and it's products seem to be likewise.

I wish I could give this no stars. Do not buy from this company. After recieving the product I wanted to return for refund as the quality was very poor. They are refusing refund and trying to offer store credit instead. The website clearly states “ Try risk-free. Love it—or send it back.

I love the pieces. Got two rings and two necklaces

From the moment we decided to order till the time our purchase arrived Sateur was with us 100% of the time. They made sure to stay in contact with us day by day as to the build and ship status. Having never purchased before from Satuer we didn’t know what to expect but this company knows how to treat the customer. Then when we received the packages of the Necklace and Jewelry we purchased that was the best presentation ever along with the enclosed extras and the sparkle is unreal. Great quality with number one customer service and treatment from start to finish. Never did I feel worried or was I left wondering because of the process they employ to ensure your secure feeling overall. Thankyou for such a nice Purchasing’s experience. Will be buying more soon.

I still have not received order . Order number 57075 .

Almost immediately the gold started wearing off.
Two days later and bottom of the ring is now silver.
I reached out to Satéur, who advised it wasn't covered due to environmental factors.
Part of their list in factors not covered was water.
Then they wanted me to buy another Ring!!
Don't buy from this company, this is a Scam!!

While the earrings I received weren’t that bad…. the stone was sparkly, but unfortunately, the setting was very cheap looking and made the entire product look fake, the return process is why I’m writing this review.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE A HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY, BUT THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. I I’M BEING ASKED TO PAY A $20 RESTOCKING FEE IN ADDITION TO A $10 CHARGE FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS AND THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY. I WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY A CARRIER TO SHIP IT BACK OUT OF MY OWN POCKET SO MY ORIGINAL COST OF THE ITEM WAS $130. I’VE ALREADY LOST A $30 WITHOUT THE SHIPPING. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO BE LIABLE FOR $50 POTENTIALLY FOR A PAIR OF EARRINGS THAT I KNEW ON THE FIRST DAY I SAW THEM WOULDN’T BE SUITABLE AS A GIFT TO MY DAUGHTER. Great ring and quick delivery… beautiful ring

Paid for express shipping. It took forever to arrive, well outside of the stated time. Ring showed up with fingerprints all over it and now the stone is loose. This company is a sham that has a great marketing team. Thouroughly dissapointed.
